Both Eddie and Steve were very helpful in my selection of a new car. I made multiple visits to the dealership and they were always very accommodating and treated me as if I were part of their own family. I a new car. I am very happy with my car, and feel that Eddie and Steve made that possible. This purchase was made far from home, but I did not once feel like I was being conned or taken advantage of, and was able to get the best deal on a used vehicle. I never had to wait, was always taken care of, and always treated in a respectful manner. Any questions that I had after I purchased my car were answered promptly and efficiently, and I felt very comfortable going to either of them for help. They also did a check up on my satisfaction after I had driven the car for a couple of weeks. They both did a great job!! More
I visited Wilmington Nisaan in 2009 to get an idea of what kind of car I wanted. In 2010 I returned to buy, and Jordan actually remembered my name. Needless to say i was very surprised. He was great! Buddy Coble is a wonderful sales consultant and I enjoyed working with him on my new Nissan Altima. This is my third vehicle from Wilmington Nissan. It was a great experience. I needed to trade in my car and wanted a specific car and payment, and walked out within ONE hour of looking! It was amazing. I find Buddy and Jason, manager in sales, to be two of the most pleasant people I have met in car sales. The dealership works with you on price and options. They never make you feel stupid or like you are the most pleasant people I have met in car sales. The dealership works with you on price and options. The service department is exceptional and always pleasant and very responsive to my needs. Prices are always quite aceptable and they even work with you on making sure your pricing needs are met. I am a pickup truck kind of guy. Always have been. For the past 4 years I have driven a 2007 Ford Ranger. A few months ago I heard an ad for Wilmington Nissan on the local radio station. At the time I was the past 4 years I have driven a 2007 Ford Ranger. A few months ago I heard an ad for Wilmington Nissan on the local radio station. At the time I was not in the market for a new vehicle, however I was drawn to the no pressure message that was delivered in the ad. A few days later I found myself on the lot browsing the entry Nissan pickup, the 2010 Nissan Frontier. I was blown away with the fact that after being on the lot for about 10 minutes checking out Frontiers, that I had not been approached by a salesman. Not one! What a refreshing sensation! That no pressure feeling at a car dealership is extremely hard to find. I did however have some questions about the Frontier so I sought out a salesman by the name of Jordan. To say the least, Jordan was truly one of a kind. Never have I dealt with a car salesmen quite like Jordan. Very down to earth. Very personable. Very compassionate. The no pressure sensation I had while browsing the lot, was the same feeling I had while talking with Jordan. He did a great job of answering my questions about the Frontier as well as giving me some trade-in information on my Ranger. Shockingly, Jordan let me leave the dealership with my answers in hand. He didn't pressure me to crunch numbers, or work out some kind of deal. He just politely stated that he would be in the store tomorrow if I found myself wanting to give it a test drive. And that was it. I was sold. The next day I came back, test drove the Frontier, and fell in love. Jordan easily worked out the numbers for me and presented me with an offer I couldn't turn down. While finalizing our numbers, I was introduced to Jason, the GM of Wilmington Nissan. He took the time to come over and personally congratulate me on my new vehicle. He also said that if I ever needed anything, and Jordan wasn’t available, to personally give him a call. He left me with a hand shake and his business card. With my new keys in hand, I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. It has been 3 months with my new Frontier and I couldn't be happier. Since my purchase I have gone on to recommend Jordan and Wilmington Nissan to my friends and family for their future automobile purchases. More
I would just like to say that William Rittenhouse gave me and my mom excellence customer service. He was not a pushy salesman and he was extremely polite. On Saturday, 11/03, my wife Mary was blatantly conned out of $3,000. in her new car purchase transaction. She was offered a $1,500 rebate on the purchase. She (we) also were offered a "maintenance" pla of $3,000. in her new car purchase transaction. She was offered a $1,500 rebate on the purchase. She (we) also were offered a "maintenance" plan, which we clearly stated we did not want. When we got home, over the weekend, we realized that we had paid far too much. Mary had to go back to the dealership the following week to request a printed copy of our financial arrangement, which Cedric Newton (the only honest person we've met in several visits at this dealership) supplied: A rather hastily printed off list of costs in one column, and the financing details in a 2nd column. (period) On the "statement": List price (!), no rebate, $1,500 for some "maintenance" plan." -- $3,000 AT LEAST that we were robbed of. Their response: "Tough, she signed the papers." !!! More
