I had an excellent experience with Aubrey Dowdy when I purchased my brand new Sentra. She was very informed and really adapted to what I wanted and what I expected from my deal. I actually had a good time buying my car and that is rare when going to a dealership. She was extremely pleasant and after a bad experience with the general manager (Noah Woods) I was ready to take my car (that I bought from capital Nissan in 2008) somewhere else for a trade in but Aubrey was very professional and easy to deal with. If it wasn't for her and the financial manager, Stephen, I would have gone somewhere else. They both were wonderful people. Aubrey tracked down the car I wanted, got it to Wilmington in one day and all i had to do was walk in and sign. Every dealership needs someone like her. Stephen was also extremely helpful, kind and patient with me. He was extremely knowledgeable and happens to be nicest man I've ever met. I consider myself very lucky to have had both of them work with me while buying my car. They were outstanding. More

There was one guy (sorry I didn't get his name, because he was so busy trying to get the right price) there that was wonderful. The excitement he used in trying to get the right price for me was overwhelming. He was so sweet in coming back every few minutes to let me know the progress on the banks decisions. It wasn't just him, but I was amazed in how everyone complement each other in working together and I do mean all. They took their time in trying to get me the right car with the right price. I'm on a fixed income, so they knew I just had so much to work with. They worked hard for me and came out with a almost new car, with no money down. We have recently relocated to North Carolina and our visit to Capital Nissan was our first foray into car purchasing in the state. It turned out to be the only visit needed. Upon our arrival, we were greeted promptly by David Kelley. He was personable and immediately put us at ease. He listened to our description of our wants and needs, and directed us to the Nissan Altima. We have never encountered a salesperson as well versed in his product as David. He showed us many options within our category and was receptive to our budget concerns and never tried to pressure us into a product out of our targeted range. We test drove a few cars and found one that we really loved. He answered every question and provided so much information on the car that we felt extremely comfortable in making our selection. Once our choice had been made, he guided us through the paperwork process handled by Stephen Foy in finance. We returned in two days to pick up the car which was spotlessly detailed and filled with gas. At this point, David Kelley showed us his desire to go above and beyond in completing our delivery. He sat with us first in the showroom to go over the manual and pertinent details, and then in the vehicle for almost an hour to explain every facet of the workings of the vehicle. He did not let us leave until he was sure that we were comfortable with the operation and features of the vehicle. David provided us with his card containing his cell phone number and indicated his availability for any question that may arise. He telephoned us the next day to see how everything was going, and we were pleased to say that all was well. We would recommend this dealership and most particularly, David Kelley, without reservation to anyone who asked. We look forward to a continued relationship with Capital Nissan as we make our home in North Carolina. More

David Kelley is an exceptional Sales Person. David, from understand immediately. David at no time tried to put us in a vehicle that he knew would not suite our needs. My husband and I have owned Nissans sin understand immediately. David at no time tried to put us in a vehicle that he knew would not suite our needs. My husband and I have owned Nissans since 1979 so David didn't have to sell us on how good Nissans are. He did however have to meet and exceed our expectations for good service and fair business practices, at the same time get us in the car that best suited us financially, and esthetically. He accomplished both. We would recommend to our friends and family to go see David whenever they need to buy a car. He expressed a sincere interest in us and made us feel that we at that moment were the most important customers to him at that time. That is exceptional customer service... As a side note, I have had my other Nissans in for service in the past, and have been very pleased with the service I have received. I have no doubt the good service will continue. Absolutely miserable, border line criminal experience with the service department recently. I will be actively steering people away from the dealership, both for service to their vehicles and for purcha with the service department recently. They fight to honor both standard and extended paid for warranties,they give you the run around when they are being forced to be held accountable for what they should, they even do shady mechanical work to vehicles and attempted to force you to pay for their mistakes. They are the bottom of the barrel. Look elsewhere for a car. I sincerely regret this dealership and pity anyone who has to deal with these people. I'm looking forward to the state and legal action stepping in. More
