Our experience with this dealership was excellent. Our salesman Nick was very personable and knowledgeable concerning questions concerning our purchase of a used Nissan. Very disappointed with the overall experience with Capital Nissan of Wilmington. This dealership is shady. 1. Forces you to buy packages from them who you cannot opt out for (triton care $600 and ni Capital Nissan of Wilmington. This dealership is shady. 1. Forces you to buy packages from them who you cannot opt out for (triton care $600 and nitrogen fill tires 200$) for which they offer warranty. Not telling you that the ceramic coat part of their triton care started coming off 2 weeks after purchasing the car. I only washed the car by hand and never took it to the automatic car wash with big brushes. 2. I asked to speak to a manger multiple times. Every time, i get the same response: the manager is in a meeting and will call you back. Never got a call back. 3. The salesman (Ozzie) said the car has a 90 day - 3000 miles warranty from the dealership. When I got there, they said there is no warranty with the car because it’s over 100.000 miles. 4. The car had 0 gas almost in it. Asked for them to fill the tank up, response was:”we only fill the tank on brand new vehicles. Used cars don’t get any.” 5. The car started smoking on the exhaust lots of white smoke. The second day after purchasing it. They acted like nothing happened and they never met me. Stay away from this dealership! More
Ozzie was very helpful in the process of buying my truck. They were also able to diagnose and solve an issue with the key fob for me at no extra cost. I wish I could have opted out of getting the nitrofill and just had regular air in the tires but since it already had the nitrogen in the tires there was nothing that I could do. Other than that, I have been extremely satisfied with their customer service and their ability to work with me to get me in the truck that I wanted. More
