Very disappointed with this place, the communication, and the way I’ve been treated. I bought a new Bronco with a hard top, and ordered a soft top at the time of purchase. After getting the car home and and the way I’ve been treated. I bought a new Bronco with a hard top, and ordered a soft top at the time of purchase. After getting the car home and I fell in love with the current top and reached back out to Ford to cancel the soft top order. After a week or so of getting the run around, and horrible communication, I’m told they can’t return it because it’s “special order”. How is a Ford OEM Top a special order? After about another week of ghosting me, I got a response of “no refund, but when we sell it to someone else, then we will refund you”. Seriously? What is this? Thought I was dealing with a legitimate business. Turns out, just more shady car tactics. Plenty of other places to go get a car. I recommend those. More

We got the car problem diagnosed pretty quick but had to constantly call about updates when we were promised communication. In the end, the repair was completed.
