Brought my F350 in to repair touch screen. I was told it would take 2 days, ended up taking 8 days. No parts in store caused severe inconvenience. The touch console part was sold by Ford for $1400, which is sold for $300 after market with a 1 year guarantee. Ford provides a 2-year warranty. Prices were to expensive as far as diagnostic and actual price to repair it. Took too long to come back and tell me what was wrong. Maintenance was done as far as radiator flush, the transmission had been replaced and a tune up had been done. More
