My usual mechanic was not available, so I asked for an experienced tech to take care of my truck, however, I was assigned someone who was apparently still in training. While rotating my tires, she strippe experienced tech to take care of my truck, however, I was assigned someone who was apparently still in training. While rotating my tires, she stripped a lug nut and didn’t fix it, or notify me. She also failed to note that my prepaid maintenance plan requires 5,000 mile oil changes and put 7,500 miles on the windshield sticker. If I wasn’t aware of the requirement, I could have voided the contract. Part of my visit was for my annual vehicle inspection, which I failed for a bad tire. After getting new tires, I returned to the dealership two days later. This time my regular mechanic fixed the lug nut. More

Cost for performing a simple rear brake service was about double what could be obtained nearby.
