I have to say I must be the only person in Albany who did not know what a great dealership Capital Cities is. I have been driving Acuras, Saabs,and Lincolns, for the last 20 years and I have never felt as c not know what a great dealership Capital Cities is. I have been driving Acuras, Saabs,and Lincolns, for the last 20 years and I have never felt as comfortable and respected and well treated as I did working with Leo Albert. He told me he was relatively new but it was hard to believe. From the first minute I walked in the door, followed by several e-mails, he was always concerned about what I wanted, never trying to sell me what he had in inventory. Before meeting him, I had discussions with Keeler about a C300 versus a BMW 328 and was told by Keeler that the BMW was more suitable for a yonger person. I was offered tremendous rebates and incentives from Lincoln dealer who wanted to reduce his 2012 inventory. I was even offered the early bird release from my current lease to get into a 2 year lease. Who wants to go through this every 2 years! I was offered the last hybrid (egg shell blue) from the inventory. Are you kidding me? They knew I always wanted a black car. So what happened? I turned in my car yesterday, and walked away from a dealer who sold me a green lincoln and did not reveal the real color until the paper work had been signed and the car was driven up to the showroom - too late then, but I should have refused it. I have been waiting 39 months to get the color I wanted and deal with someone who respects customers from the beginning. I found him. Surprised to find he was so young and so professional. Capital Cities, you need to keep Leo. How satisfied am I? I turned in the Lincoln and still have one more month to pay on my lease, but I am driving a BMW 328ix...Awesome - thanks Leo. I have been dealing with Jim Baker for several years now and have been completely satisfied everytime. Jim goes above and beyond and accomplishes everything I ask for. I have been buying both VWs and BMWs from Jim Baker at Capital Cities since the late 80's. Though there are similar dealers closer to my office/home, I never shop around or even visit anyone else. I just Capital Cities since the late 80's. Though there are similar dealers closer to my office/home, I never shop around or even visit anyone else. I just call Jim and he takes care of the rest. The service department is excellent. They treat everyone like royalty. I have been responsible for the purchase/lease of over 40 cars from Jim and Capital Cities. I have recommended them to many friends, clients and business associates. There really is no reason to go anywhere else ---unless you want the aggravation of dealing with any other car dealership.
