I had a great experience with Capital Cities. I worked with Jay Violette and the great thing was we did the whole transaction via email. I knew what I wanted and jay made it happen. Well 10 years later i returned to Capital Cities and I bought my 2013 BMW X3 from Jay once more. It was cool to see him again and once more I was treated professionally and with respect.
