Horrible customer service Went there this past Saturday Oct 14, looked at a 2010 Tahoe, could not buy because I had to go show a home (I'm a real estate agent) so a $300 deposi Went there this past Saturday Oct 14, looked at a 2010 Tahoe, could not buy because I had to go show a home (I'm a real estate agent) so a $300 deposit to hold the vehicle was paid, but before it was paid, I asked Roger (salesperson) if it was refundable if the car was not purchased, and he said YES, car was not purchased, and now manager Joel says it is not refundable, I admittedly got very frustrated during the call, and apparently this Joel, has a thin skin, and he no longer wanted to speak to me according the the very friendly operator. So there's multiple problems at this dealer: -Roger (salesperson) lied to my face -Joel has horrible customer service skills, and a he is clearly very sensitive, thin skinned individual, and cannot deal or solve customer service issues. For anyone who reads this, do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else, because this dealer has poor folks working there, and really bad reviews, read the rest of the "1" raring and you'll see that staying away is best. More
Lying about a truck that was involved in accident I bought a 2017 truck from there 5 weeks ago. I am extremely unsatisfied and will never buy from there again. Before buying the truck, I told them mul I bought a 2017 truck from there 5 weeks ago. I am extremely unsatisfied and will never buy from there again. Before buying the truck, I told them multiple times I did not want a car that was in an accident before. They assured me that this car had a clean record and was never involved in an accident before. I trusted them and as the car was almost brand new - year 2017, less than 10,000 miles - I did not get it inspected. What a mistake! Couple weeks later, I realized by looking under the truck that it was clearly involved in an accident! If I had knew that, I would have NEVER bought it. During the negotiation I was talking directly to the sales manager so they have absolutely no excuses for not telling me that the car was involved in an accident. This dealership is willing to do anything for a sale -- even lying. Not sure who are all those people giving 5/5 but you will give yourself a favor by staying away from this dealership. More

We are a 30 something year old couple and a active duty military family of the Army for 17 years, We have been to a number of states and bought vehicles and all I can tell you is that if you don't use Capital Chevy in Raleigh you are missing out. The moment we walked in the store we felt like we were family, from the managers Joel and the rest of the managers they make you feel at home, Rodney was our salesman and was on point and very professional and then there was Justin the finance guy, the one everyone hates going to at the dealership...nope not this one straight up honest and trustworthy...This place is amazing from top to bottom and a must go if your from ANYWHERE in NC!!!! Thanks guys you honestly are true Americans with a heart and a smile and my wife loves you guys... More
One of the good ones in the Raleigh area This is out of the norm as I typically review restaurants, but I believe this business deserve a little bit of my time and to share my car shopping ex This is out of the norm as I typically review restaurants, but I believe this business deserve a little bit of my time and to share my car shopping experience. First thing, the site was easy to navigate, fast, and clean - the collection of vehicles they have was great and the inventory seem accurate. Even got my $500 trade-in bonus and a $25 Amazon gift card for test driving a vehicle. I submitted an online interest on a 2016 BMW 435i late at night and first thing Monday morning I received a call from Jay (Internet Sales). He was pleasant to speak with and understood my interest of the vehicle. I scheduled to stop by late in the afternoon to test drive the said vehicle. I was about an hour and some change late showing up for my scheduled test drive which was about 45 minutes left into their business hours but was still able to find someone who was able to assists. Raven who was part of the Pre-owned department helped me into the driver seat of the BMW and drove it for some time to make sure the car is up to par for my like. Returned back with the car and started working on the numbers for a good 20+ minutes pushing it past their business hours. Unfortunately, we couldn't come up with the numbers that we can agree on and I left the dealership without a new pre-owned car. My experience here was positive due to a few things: 1. Inventory was accurate 2. Car was in presentable shape (clean) when I arrive (even after my scheduled time) 3. Sales rep (Raven) was easy to talk to, she didn't pressure me on anything, and allowed me to experience the vehicle on my own. No sales pitch needed which was good 4. Management rep (Joel) was also pretty straight forward and pleasant to deal with; unfortunately, we couldn't come to an agreement on the price or I would have left with the vehicle that night Minus 1 star for: 1. There are a couple of sales rep on the main floor that lack common courtesy, burping loudly when you still have customers inside is not "professional" 2. The layout of how the vehicles are parked could be improved, not sure if this can be accomplished since the lot is restricted being beside the flea market My overall experience at this dealership is positive despite unable to purchase a vehicle. More
