If I could leave a negative star I would. Terrible service. Let’s start with our service advisor (Alex) is rude and try’s to avoid us every time we come in. Brought back 3 times for the same issue and still not fixed! Then, our last visit, the service department put 80 miles on our vehicle!? For a suspension issue that you can hear at parking lot speeds when turning the wheel! Why did you drive my vehicle 80 miles, drain my gas tank and not fill it back up just to say “we don’t hear anything”. Terrible terrible service. More

In shop for recall work. Ride provided from and back to dealership was free and helpful. Manager who helped me was easy to work with and informative. I was curious if dealership would fill it, as there was a free multipoint check with service so I did not tell them. It appears they didn’t notice it was low, and receipt indicates a multipoint inspection was performed. Have had new vehicle 9 months and coolant has been low twice. They were reluctant to add coolant last time too and it was below minimum line, just days after purchasing. Topping off fluids when vehicle is in for service would go a long way to insure customer satisfaction and return customer loyalty. More
