Ram staff was ok But it took 8 weeks to repair my truck. was not happy with Chrysler parts dept I don't think they knew what they were doing I had transmission replace a year ago and it broke again. Stopped by for an oil change at 1:20PM and was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. After 2 hours I went to see what the delay was. Turned out they forgot about us.
