Maybe not the dealership’s fault but two items needed to be fixed and BOTH did not qualify with my warranty. What’s the point? One item was the DRL’s on the driver side don’t work anymore so the entire head be fixed and BOTH did not qualify with my warranty. What’s the point? One item was the DRL’s on the driver side don’t work anymore so the entire headlight assembly needed to be replaced and cost over $2,000! What crooks. This issue seems to be common on 2021 Durangos and should be a recalled item. The only good thing was they will send you home in a a Lyft and bring you back for free. Must be why the headlight was $2,000 to replace. More

Service advisor once I finally got one was amazing! ! Had to get vehicle back because they couldn’t get to it that day. Dropped off at 8am. Took back 2 days later. Said since I didn’t buy at that location it would come out of their pockets to take to other place…. Also said if they got done early enough to do oil change. Didn’t happen. The mechanic manager told me they cleaned my car transmission because I thought there was an oil leak. When I went to get it back it was the same way I brought it in, nothing was clean and I doubt t transmission because I thought there was an oil leak.
