So far I have had no dealings with the service department so therefore I cannot xxxx them. However, I would like to rate my after purchase service. I bought my 22 Cadillac from you on December 29th the two weeks after that I tried in vain to get someone to help me with the titling or plating of my new car. Once I talk to a gentleman who was kind of snippy and told me I needed to decide between whether I wanted my plate transferred from my old car or whether I wanted a new one and if I wanted a new one I would need to come in and pay another $100. After that I called back and could not get anyone on the phone. After that I called and they put me in David's voicemail which obviously is a dead hole. I did not hear back from him so today I physically went into the dealership and Homer who I understand is the manager of the title department was very courteous and took care of my problem. He issued me a new plate and did not charge me $100. Since my car is a Cadillac I will probably be doing my servicing through Cadillac as long as it's under warranty at least. I'm thankful for that because if your service department takes care of their people anything like your title department you have big problems. Allie was a great salesperson she made me feel very comfortable but she's not very confident in her job yet. I had discussed my issue with her as well and she was to talk to someone and get back to me. Which she did not. This very much disappointed me because I think she's a great salesperson but she needs to follow up with her clients. By the way, you have a great gal running your cashier department. She is the only one that went over and above to make someone take time to wait on me today. Yes, I'm very disappointed and I would never recommend your dealership. Funny thing is my son has worked for Chrysler for 27 years and has begged me to buy Chryslers all during that time. At this point I'm so glad that I didn't. More

I purchased my car here new in 2019. I wanted a better jeep dealership. I have had good & bad experiences when returning to this service center. This time was all good, finally! Alexande I wanted a better jeep dealership. I have had good & bad experiences when returning to this service center. This time was all good, finally! Alexander was amazing. He listened and addressed my concerns. He was genuinely helpful and also made sure there was an issue needing addressed I didn't know about. He was thoughtful to make sure my repairs were properly completed and covered by the warranty I purchased. He didn't push fake repairs on me, and yes that happened here in the past with previous advisors. Alexander was truthful, helpful and honest. My repair took a long time to complete but that was expected because Alexander told me up front and kept in contact with me the whole way. I was thankful for that. Alexander is exactly what this dealership needs. An honest fair person you feel comfortable with. That's what makes customers come back when it's time to buy a new car. I have to trust the dealership can take care of the car I bought. And that's what Alexander did. Please reconize him for representing the Jeep brand and your business with exceptional care and professionalism. If he's here when I need to return I won't have to worry again. More

Not all Ram dealerships are equal. This is especially true if one drives a Ram Promaster, high top. Only certain shops have lifts capable of carrying that much weight and height. I am an hour away from the Cape Coral dealership, but with that said, it was worth the time. My service person, Mike C. Is a no nonsense kind of guy. I told him the issues, one of which has been a long standing rear cargo door leak. A prior dealership tried 3 times to fix it, unsuccessfully. Cape Coral service discovered what they believe to be the issue and resolved it. I will have to wait for a heavy rain to see if they were successful! They covered a one day car rental. I was responsible for 2 additional days. Since it was warranty work, I was hoping that the entire rental fee would be waived. The woman, Jennifer, in the rental division, was wonderful. She knows her area of expertise. Had a a general servicing done. All good there. The only issue I had was that I asked that the leaves that had collected in the front windshield run-off reservoir be cleaned out. That did not happen. I figured out how to get the under hood bracket off and did it myself. Not a big deal. All in all, I would recommend The Cape Coral dealership without hesitation. More
