Jeep was in dealership 25 days. Advisor uncareing with terrible communication keeping me informed. Felt like i was forgotten with no transportation. Made appointment a week before for an oil and filter change plus tire rotation. Service said figure an hour. Dropped off at scheduled time of 8:30 am. Service advisor said your first in line, should be no more than an hour or so. Well 2.5 hours later I went to service advisor and asked for a status. He checked and about 15 minutes later my car was done. 2.5+ hours for a simple oil and filter change plus tire rotation is ridiculous. Next time I'll go to an oil change place like Valvoline and be done in 15-20 minutes, not 2.5 hours More

Appointment day no courtesy car available and my 8 o'clock appointment 3 hours later told tech was still working on yesterday's work and it would be quite a while longer to sit and wait so they offered a lift ride home. In the email that they sent me for the recall they also offered a buy 1 oil change get 2 free so I asked about the offer and they didn't know anything about it. After checking with the manager the offered me an oil change for 320.00 or 3 for 540. Must be new math. The oil change was expensive partially because of being a Diesel. Local neighborhood shop will do for 240. More
