I took my Jeep because the 4WD drive light turned on, and I stayed there from 8 am to 3:30 pm. They told me my car needed an update, and they did the update. I took my car home, and the light turned on again, but my back camera stopped working. I retook the car for the next couple of days and left the car there for the whole day. Lisa told me another code appeared, and they did the update again. My back Camara doesn’t work, the light is still on, and my radio doesn’t turn off. Very disappointing! I called again, and Lisa told me the last time I took the car, they didn’t do anything, so I guess she lied to me. She is very nice but couldn’t help with the issues. She told me I needed to pay over 2000 to fix my camera and the light. I asked another mechanic to check the car before spending the money because I didn’t feel right after all that happened, and they told me it was impossible and to go somewhere else. So basically, I spent $250, and now my car is worse! More
