Worst experience I ever had. Car was trashed at time of pickup. Two screws pushed into leather interior. Two oil spots on passenger seat. Oil / gunk substance was on the exterior door. Car had a ceramic coat which was ruined (ate into) by a chemical the detailer applied during my initial complaint. Not to mention that the computer was flashed when told not to this wiping out my custom tune. Had to redownload and calibrate at the performance shop 2 hours away. I had to do a couple paint corrections and apply another ceramic coat. Cost impact was significant. Service manager gave me a card with a number he never answered. Called multiple times in multiple days and always got a voicemail. Called the dealer and got a second number to contact him. Messages left were never returned! More
This is the worst dealership in Cape. Coral evolved in 2017 grand Cherokee and they robbed me blind $2000 in dealer fees. The salesman lied to me and the general manager. Charged me $1200. 00 didn't fix a well documented starting issue on a 2018 300. Tried to suggest that it was a gas issue. Independent shop Said no bad gas . Still has starting problems. Then they said they would need 2 to 3k to find the problem.Again, no guarantee! They need to watch u tube to educate their mechanics. Issue is common for the Chrysler 300. They won't give the $1200.00 back. This is the worst car dealership I have ever experienced, and I'm 70 years old. They all act like " what do you want me to do? " Everyone should stear clear this dealership. Legal theft , or not. We Will see in the end. I need that money back! Since they are unable to diagnose, and fix the cars they sell. To many Chrysler dealerships in close proximity to Cape Coral FL for anyone to go to these people. More
