Had an appointment arrived 5 minutes early waited for 45 minutes before anyone was available to help me. Oil change & replace a battery underwriter said that’s easy to replace the battery you should do it y minutes before anyone was available to help me. Investigated on the internet to find out the front wheel and fender well needed to be removed to complete the process. Picked up the jeep that afternoon late just for the oil change. Made another appointment for the. Battery replacement dropped it off at 9:00 am they said it would be completed that day kept calling for some information in the afternoon but no one knew anything and would call back. Finally around 5:00 I received a call your part ( a battery ) is not in we will call tomorrow when completed. So the next day I called 3 times with no answers on the completion of the job. Then received a call later that the jeep was done but they had the wrong number to contact me. Strange since they called me before. That’s why I going to another dealership next time ! More
