Not sure if it was because of NYE but the service was slow for battery replace under warranty. Service rep didn’t once provide an update without being prompted. The facility was beautiful. Did a below average job walking me through turning off battery power. Simply pointed to a box behind driver seat and said it’s in there. Expected more from a Jeep dealership. Good and bad. I scheduled an appointment for an oils change which usually take 30 minutes. They took my car back 15 minutes late. No big deal. However they had it in the shop while I was waiting to go to work for 2.25 hours. For paying dealership prices for an oil change and having an appointment scheduled with a note saying when I had to be out, I was less then happy! I also have a defective passenger side view mirror that the agent said she would contact the warranty department and get back to me Monday. Still waiting for the response. I bought the car Jan 2022. And added extended warranty to cover everything. So again I am very disappointed! More
