Terrible service! Will never go back to Cape Coral Jeep! Had an appointment for 10:00 am , didn’t leave until 1:10 pm. They changed my oil outside on the ground, and never pulled the vehicle inside a service bay. When I got home I pulled in my garage, and later that day noticed a pool of oil on my garage floor. When I spoke with them they said it was probably just residual oil. I would have gotten better service at a Jiffy lube. More
