I don't know who the guy is you mentioned. I dealt with Mike. Mike was great. My starter got fixed but that's it. Not sure if it was because of NYE but the service was slow for battery replace under warranty. Service rep didn’t once provide an update without being prompted. The facility was beautiful. Terrible service! Will never go back to Cape Coral Jeep! Had an appointment for 10:00 am , didn’t leave until 1:10 pm. They changed my oil outside on the ground, and never pulled the vehicle inside a service bay. When I got home I pulled in my garage, and later that day noticed a pool of oil on my garage floor. When I spoke with them they said it was probably just residual oil. I would have gotten better service at a Jiffy lube. More
