I came in for a oil change tire rotation and a multipoint inspection was there between 7:15 to 7:30 am stressed that I had to leave by 10 because I had a meeting to get to south of Estero they said no proble inspection was there between 7:15 to 7:30 am stressed that I had to leave by 10 because I had a meeting to get to south of Estero they said no problem I sat there waiting till sometime after 9 am for them to say we just checked on your truck it's all done beside the filter we didn't have anymore so we ordered it so I responded with how long is that going to take because I have to leave by 10 like I said they said 30 minutes well 10 came I went out side and stood for the gentleman to take care of 2 more customers then said let me go check on your truck and I said well it better be done because you are now going to cost me a lot of money amazing it was done he had to pull it out of the bay I really have to say I'm a pretty patient person but I would say there was no express to that day and why not let me make a choice if you don't have a part to come back I have 5 more services that I have paused for but I'm not sure I'm going to come back with what I received yesterday More

Had 8am appointment on a Saturday. . not one person called to give us an update! Called at 445pm and was told it’s going to have to wait and make other arrangements for transportation o . not one person called to give us an update!
