Unorganized and felt taken advantage of. We have been here several times. Every time they try to charge us for services even though we paid for the platinum service package. Then they tried to charge us a $100 deductible even though paperwork says 0 deductible. Our service was not listed in excluded part of paperwork. When we questioned it the service manager was unavailable and ultimately we didn’t get charged. I just feel like they are trying to pull one on us. Very unprofessional. More

Dodgr durango transmission fluid I called to have an appointment for my durango rt 2014 I ask the price for a flush of the transmission, ( 60k mile) The person send me an estima I called to have an appointment for my durango rt 2014 I ask the price for a flush of the transmission, ( 60k mile) The person send me an estimate of 115$ bill and i accept. When i leaved the car they told me the price was going to be 300$+ tax. After 1 hour they called me back asking for 500$+ I take my car and i left. Horrible service and rip off More
