I had my 30,000 mile maintenance while I was getting my oil change done and I asked for a tire rotation. Well the paperwork stated they did one, used it from my package plan I have. Unlike many pushy salespeople I’ve encountered at other dealerships, Carolina was honest, transparent, and respectful of my time. She answered all my questions and made the entire car-buying process seamless and stress-free. Once I had chosen my vehicle, Mitra Rampersad, the Finance Manager, took over and made the financing process just as smooth. He was professional, efficient, and thorough in explaining all the available options. He worked diligently to ensure I got the best deal possible. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel confident in my purchase. I also want to commend the brilliant individual who developed the digital software for signing paperwork—this technology made the closing process incredibly fast and easy! In the past, I’ve spent what felt like hours signing endless documents, but this innovative system streamlined everything, making the entire experience much more efficient and convenient. If you’re looking for a dealership that offers great customer service, a stress-free buying experience, and a finance team that genuinely cares about getting you the best deal possible, I highly recommend Carolina and Mitra at Cape Coral Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! They made what can often be an overwhelming process feel effortless and enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department was the exact opposite of the sales and finance team. I scheduled an appointment, expecting to have my vehicle—purchased less than a week ago—checked out in a timely manner. Instead, when I arrived, I was told there would be a three-hour wait before anyone could even evaluate the issue. To make matters worse, there was only one person checking in customers, and he didn’t seem to be in any hurry to help. The lack of urgency and efficiency was extremely frustrating. If a three-hour wait is standard, even with an appointment, then what’s the point of scheduling one? If you’re considering their service plan, I highly recommend looking elsewhere unless you enjoy wasting your entire day waiting. The dealership may have an amazing sales and finance team, but their service department is in desperate need of improvement. It’s a real shame that such an excellent sales and finance team is overshadowed by an inefficient, understaffed, and unorganized service department. Management needs to take action to improve the service experience, as it significantly diminishes the dealership’s overall reputation. More
Did not repair my Gladiator all the way. Still didnt address death wobble. Couldnt replicate i was told. Well let me tell ya after 14 hours of highway driving you would know what its like.
