The "Blend door accuator" I first made the appointment and had to wait 10 days to get in. I told them what the problem was, I looked up on line and found that the "blend door I first made the appointment and had to wait 10 days to get in. I told them what the problem was, I looked up on line and found that the "blend door accuator" was a common problem. Therefore, the service department could have the part on hand. Upon arrival, I was told that the part could be installed "Maybe in a couple of hours". I received a call that my vehicle was ready 5 (FIVE) days later. After I brought the Jeep home, I noticed the right front mud flap was loose, there were scratches on the right rear side and some kind of black substance on the left rear side that is sticky and will not come off.
