The employees are super friendly and work hard to please you. The "growing pains" once resolved will make this a 5 star: 1. parts were needed to be ordered for another servicing. I was never called to be informed they were in. 2. I left at least 2 messages asking about the parts and still didn't hear back. 3. I finally heard back from a different employee eventually 4. There seems to be some confusion when servicing plug in hybrids on the part of technicians. These are all things that can be improved on and I believe this new dealership will do it. They seem honest and apologize when they make a mistake. We will go there again. More

Chachi (Leroy) was so honest and personable that we felt comfortable enough to consider buying now if they made the deal right. We went home, thought about it, came back the next day and purchased the Jeep. I feel we ended up with a fair deal. They gave and we gave but throughout the process I felt they were as honest as you can expect from anyone you are negotiating with. I trust Brian and Chachi and would recommend them to anyone looking for fair treatment when purchasing a new vehicle. We understand that they have a responsibility to make as much money for the dealership as they can but we felt that they were doing that job with as much honor and decency as anyone can expect. Recommend them highly. More
