Andrew was my service technician and he was great. I would recommend him to everyone. Carlos De Los Santos answered my questions about new vehicles and showed me a couple without any pressure. My Service Advisor was Matt who was very professional and excellent about updating me on progress, etc while I waited. Waiting area and overall dealership facility is the nicest I have ever seen. The vehicle I was servicing is 13 years old so I appreciated Matt giving me a heads-up on a couple things to keep an eye on but was grateful he did not try to push extra services that visit. They seem to have high standards and should do well in Cape Coral should they maintain this benchmark. More
