recall/mics repairs I recentely visited your dealership on Saturday and was advised all work concerned with the xception of a horn issue had been resolved. my trailer lig I recentely visited your dealership on Saturday and was advised all work concerned with the xception of a horn issue had been resolved. my trailer lights that did not work I was told had been repaired as well and when I got home and hooked up my trailer no lights. my advisor was brian marshall. very disappointed that requested repairs were not completed and was advised that all repairs with the exception of a horn issue had been repaired. not a happy camper. this truck was purchased for the purpose of trailer hauling aand now that function can not be performed. what can we do to resolve this issue??? my wife and i met with REBECCA which was a pleasure.. we had been going to Walmart as labella dodge where we bought our Durango was getting too far. I told my wife I wanted to go to the new dodge dealer. from the greeter to your car is ready was a pleasure and without a doubt the best dealership I have ever been to in my 63 years of driving. we purchased our 2000 Durango sept 21 1999. and it now has 53359 miles on it. I always said I would never own a CHRYSLER product. before we bought it, I bought CHEVROLETE and FORD and MERCURY .. to see which I liked better. I tried one more and it was a DODGE DURANGO and I was sold. IT drove and handled better then FORD or MERC SUV and the CHEVIE rider side had a big bump in the floor panel and my wife did not like it at all for that reason as she does not drive.. the car wash from you was the best for a courtesy .and a real plus for you. I will definitely be back. I went to a car garage here on the cape last year to have a/c work and our radio no longer works and I was told they were too busy to fix it. Recall #3W708335 My Jeep was recalled for fuel tank, passenger restraint, and one other item. I made an appointment for February 8. When I arrived i was told the reco My Jeep was recalled for fuel tank, passenger restraint, and one other item. I made an appointment for February 8. When I arrived i was told the recommended fix for the gas tank was to add a trailer hitch which I didn't want due to aesthetics. I didn't get my complimentary car wash. They said to come back on Monday February 11 and they said they would have the required parts. I drove from my home near Rte 80 and Buckingham Rd. to the Jeep dealership to hear they didn't have the needed parts. They said they would call when they had the parts. To date no one has called. More
A HUGE NIGHTMARE! The lack of communication is unprofessional. They had my truck in the shop for 8 days, which ended up being a BCM needing to be replaced, went in firs The lack of communication is unprofessional. They had my truck in the shop for 8 days, which ended up being a BCM needing to be replaced, went in first thing Thursday morning and was finished 8 days later. To get any answers on what was going on was almost impossible. I had to go up there twice to get updates because nobody was returning my phone calls, including the service manager, Scott. Then we finally get the clear to pick the truck up, get it home and start cleaning the inside because it was filthy from them working on it and come to find out they ran it through the car wash with the back window open so the back center seat was soaked along with the floor under the seat. So back up there we went to show our advisor, she went over and spoke to the manager to let him know what was going on and he didn't even have the decency to come over and apologize, she came walking back over and said that her manager apologizes and feels terrible about the situation but as a manager couldn't even come over and apologize himself? He would rather stand back and have his employees do it for him. So we had to schedule to bring the truck back the following day to have them clean the seats and carpet. I had this truck not even 4 days before it was in the shop for 8 days and then this happened. We had already made an appointment for warranty work and a recall prior to the BCM going bad for that Saturday, so the truck was already in their shop when the appointment approached. They didn't order the warranty parts until the day the truck was fixed which was a week ago today and as of this afternoon the parts haven't been delivered and our new advisor was trying to figure out where they were. So now we will have to make another appointment to have warranty work and a recall done and waste a day at the dealership since this is our only vehicle. The entire experience after purchasing the vehicle has been a nightmare but could've been handled a lot better, and made the process a lot less frustrating had the service department actually acted like they cared and communicated with us. I think any person in my position only having a brand new truck for a few days then having this issue happen would like to know what was going on with their vehicle. More

Beautiful new dealership Took my new Jeep Sahara in for it’s first oil change and tire rotation.
