Watch out for hidden charges! I had a very bad experience with the service department from check-in to pick up. I went there for an oil change, replace two fuel filters and rotate I had a very bad experience with the service department from check-in to pick up. I went there for an oil change, replace two fuel filters and rotate four tires. The service person checking me in had zero knowledge of servicing my Ram Truck and could or would not quote me a price for service. The labor alone for one hour of work to change two filters was almost $145. A previously undisclosed miscellaneous charge was added to my bill in the amount of $59.60 for costs and profits to the repair facility. A diesel engine oil change, replace two fuel filters and rotate 4 tires. Cost before tax - $503.79. I should have demanded the price up front and I recommend that, if you go there, you do so before you get any work done. Finally, I was given a "complimentary" car wash even though it really didn't need one.. The truck looked worse when I picked it up than when I left it there that morning. Spots and streaks everywhere. It had to be washed again elsewhere. On the positive side, they did provide me free transportation back home and back to the dealership. I never ever write negative reviews like this. But feeling taken advantage of and having my truck look worse than the way I left it, I need to let others know to watch out for. More

Hidden flaws Immediately after arriving home I noticed that the key fob could not open any door or lock an open door. Changed both batteries, no change. Said he would check and get back to me. Called back and said dealership didn’t have equipment to reset key. Went to mechanic. He diagnosed a “door module” or “body module”.
