Very easy to work with. The people at the dealer were very easy to work with. I had been to another dealer that totally miss diagnosed what was wrong with my car. Cape Coral Dodge found it immediately and fixed it. My only dislike was that it took almost 2 weeks to get an appointment (other dealer was 3 weeks). This was very difficult since I only have one car and had to get rides from other people while I waited. I did have a second issue right after I got my car back and they took it back in the next day and expedited the repair which was really nice. More
Communication Issues I feel like there is an on-going problem with the Cape Coral dealership which is there lack of communication. I bought my 2017 Pacifica in early Dec I feel like there is an on-going problem with the Cape Coral dealership which is there lack of communication. I bought my 2017 Pacifica in early December. I had problems getting my permanet plates (1 month). calls numerous times, messages left, with no return calls. Early January noticed rust on hood. Numerous phone calls on what to do. Sent to Chrysler customer service and was told to call Galeana who told me no and to bring mit back to Cape Coral Chrysler. It took numerous trips to the dealership and phone calls to get the work done at an outside body shop. I got one e-mail from Mr. Ganzi apologizing for the plate issue but when I sent two e-mails about the corrosion issue, I have not recieved any communication back More
1 4/5 hours for and oil change and tire rotation I brought my pick up truck in for an oil change. I was ask if I wanted the tires rotated so I said yes. I was waiting for the service to be done. Afte I brought my pick up truck in for an oil change. I was ask if I wanted the tires rotated so I said yes. I was waiting for the service to be done. After an hours wait I ask for the status of the oil change and was told it was not ready yet and apologized for the delay and stated they are short staff and everyone had gone to lunch. After a total of almost 2 hours my truck was ready. I did receive a discount on my bill and also got my truck washed. There is a big sign that says express oil change and service. 2 Hours is not express. I will be going else where for my service. More

They never ordered the part even after I paid for it. Then they ordered the wrong part even though they had the VIN. Then liing saying I didn't give them the VIN when I bought the car they got it and the Then they ordered the wrong part even though they had the VIN. My wife ever got her Jeep serviced while I was buying a car. Refreshing to see a customer focused dealership; I hope it stays this way. The dealership is not close to my house but I will drive the distance to this dealership. More

I only had a short wait while they diagnosed the problem. Then I was led to the on-site Hertz representative and got a rental car within a few minutes which they paid for. One of the salesmen showed me the huge 57 bay service area. They also have a very nice waiting area and clean restrooms, free coffee,wifi, Etc. More
