I have had my new 2025 dodge ram pickup truck towed twice to the dealership. The truck just keeps losing its power and goes completely dead. They reloaded software the first time and the truck died 7 days to the dealership. The truck just keeps losing its power and goes completely dead. They reloaded software the first time and the truck died 7 days later. This time they said both batteries had dead cells and they replaced both batteries. Time will tell whether it works or not. I am more upset with Dodge than I am with the dealer. The only thing the dealer could do better is keep me informed on where they are at rather than me calling them all the time. More

I don't care who pays for them. You, Chrysler, the dealer or my sister. I get paid when parts get replaced. So right now I get to deal with you and make $0 because we can not replicate the concern or justify a repair. There is no incentive for me "screw" you. Extremely unprofessional and pathetic I have reported this to Chrysler corporate. More
