I brought my camper to their service for several thousand dollars worth of repairs Avoid at all costs....service dept from xxxx. I'll never go back. I brought my camper to their service for several thousand dollars worth of repairs and upgrades. Something that should have been fairly straight forward and routine took forever. Days and weeks would go buy and there would be no response. At one point I was waiting on some parts and after about 2 weeks I wondered what was going on. I left several messages to try and get a status. When I finally heard back I come to find out the parts had arrived a couple days after I ordered them. That's just how everything went, getting estimate, answering my questions, scheduling the work etc. I would constantly have to nag them for any type of response. I understand people can be busy but how hard is to just respond to an email or phone call and at least tell me "I'm working on it" or "the parts have been ordered"....or "let me get back to you" and then do it. I am patient and understanding that is probably the only reason it went on as long as it did. I mostly had to deal with Justin and he was by far the worst. For some reason the RV business has been known for bad customer service but this place takes the cake. Not only did this take over two months to get the installs finished it wasn't done right. There was saw dust, pieces of wire, packaging, empty bottles inside the camper. It was so dusty inside I could tell the door had been open in their shop for days. I mean come on...this is how I'm treated for all the money I spent? I now have a wiring problem where the power disconnect switch no longer works. I won't be taking it back for them to fix....no thanks. I have a feeling I would be even worse off. I'd rather deal with manually connecting\disconnecting the battery every trip. More

We went to buy new camper and we’re helped by Desn, who was awesome! Then we had to deal with David Ardnt—2 weeks of xxxx on phone & e-mail. David is a jerk, unfriendly, condescending & just mean! Eventually I said I was not coming back to finish deal , so Travis took over in finance & was fantastic. Problem with camper on pick up day and service department wanted to charge us $200!! Ready to leave again and Dean got it waived. I would not buy from this place again until they get rid of David at least. PS—we have perfect credit More
Condescending and rude.......this dealership plays games! Worst experience EVER with any dealership . Our sales person Mark was nice. They kept try to up sale us and wouldn't budge a cent on the price of the camper to get our monthly payments where we needed them to be even with 10% down and decent credit. One of the finance gentleman treated me ( a woman) like I was a complete moron. Interrupted me, talked down to me, wouldn't listened when I started feeling upset and when I said please talk to my husband about this. He wouldn't stop trying t make me feel stupid about the monthly payment I was asking about. Remember guys, we are the customer, your business won't be successful if you keep treating people this way. We even put money down to hold our camper. My husband and I started this journey very excited as he has a chronic illness and we were excited to start camping and enjoying the outdoors. This has added so much stress and has taken all the joy out of finding a camper for us. Still waiting on a call back from the finance person. 2nd day in a row this has happened. They keep blowing us off. Ready to buy a camper.......horrible service. More

Happy campers from Waupaca Wi Helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of motorhomes and campers. Need to upgrade the computers tho and how about heated enclosed golf carts?. Great customer service Purchased new 2016 travel trailer, after having home for two weeks and not using it yet found water had leaked in through roof or seams. They serviced it, we inspected when picked up and all good. When we got home found water running down wall again and bed wet. They picked up unit and have got us into different model and did right by us on price and exchange. Tom the General manager, Jarod in service, Matt our salesman, and Travis in Finance all went above and beyond to help us! They all turned a very bad experience into a positive outcome in the end. More
New (used) RV It was an awesome experience working with all the people at Camping World! Would definitely recommend them to all my camping friends!
