I loved Camper World !! I was greeted by workers when I entered the store and they had their masks on (I appreciated that). I was looking for certain items to get for Christmas gifts for those of us that h entered the store and they had their masks on (I appreciated that). I was looking for certain items to get for Christmas gifts for those of us that have RVS or Trailers. I found great items at discounted prices plus I got discounts for having their membership card. Here is is Thursday and they say we need to put another couple grand down..Took about fifteen phone calls before I could get someone to call back. The receptionist keeps sending me on a salesman loop on the phone, Tried to dial 5 to complain and nothing. Not an agent, not even a recording. I love the RV that I am buying and it is good quality but not going to get it serviced here. More

Trouble shooting We went camping for the second time with our new trailer. So I called road services they told me to contact camping world, so the next morning I went down and talked to service department and told them what the problem was. They sent Mike out from the warranty department I told him I have no power to the Jack's, so Mike trouble shooting every where and he thinks it's the mother board but he wanted to make sure. So the next day he called the company who make the Jack's and after the searching it's the mother board. This is way I gave a 5 star rating because Mike felt bad about this problem and he was hoping he would be able to fix the problem now. More

Broken down motorhome get help we had a problem with our air suspension system. They got us in as quickly as they could and figured out the problem. They had to go looking for par we had a problem with our air suspension system. They got us in as quickly as they could and figured out the problem. They had to go looking for parts and by 3:30pm we were back on the road. We are so grateful to this dealership for all their help and support. We also have a problem with a slide and although they couldn’t gat the parts to fix it they took the time to analyze the problem. The young tech who worked on our air suspension is just out of school but has similar capabilities to the techs who have been there for many years. They were very busy but understood our problem and never made us feel guilty or that we were imposing on them. Jeremy is a huge credit to the service dept. he and all the staff went out of their way to ensure we knew where to get meals and to ensure our dog was kept safe from the scorching heat. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Terrible service all around. We dropped off our brand new camper to have repairs done. It had only been 3 months since we had purchased it. We were told “expect 4 weeks for repairs to be finished.” It actually took them 14 weeks. At this point they have had the camper longer than we had. So we called to speak to a manager about spending over $1000 for a brand new camper to sit on their lot getting fixed . After repeated attempts to contact the store manager and message after message (about a dozen to be exact) he finally got back to us. He talked in circles and when I told him my only current option was to report to the BBB his exact words were “if that’s the relationship with us and your camper you want to have moving forward I guess we’ll see where it goes”. I strongly suggest you shop anywhere and everywhere first before going here. Once they sweet talk you into spending $30k at their store , they don’t care what happens to you or your purchase. The manager is rude and speaks in a demeaning manor. The employees will have no answers for you and your only option will be to contact the rude manager or report to the BBB. I completely regret having done any business with them. Don’t make the mistake. I’m surprised they even have a 3 star rating. More

BUYERS BEWARE! Don’t buy from this Camping World or Monte BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a used toy hauler from this Camping World about a month ago and was told “everything works” on the camper by my salesman BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a used toy hauler from this Camping World about a month ago and was told “everything works” on the camper by my salesman Monte. I came 7 hours to buy this camper and again was assured it had been “gone through” and checked and everything works. When I arrived they basically had not even looked at it and then winterized it before I could check anything. I “dewinterized” it only to find it leaked profusely, which they did fix. I was unable to check many other items as they made sure to “run out of time” as they were closing. There are a multitude of other items that don’t work including the generator, propane lines, leaking shower, etc. Their idea of a detail was some tire shine. The inside of this camper was nasty, it took 5 cleanings with simple green to get the bathroom floor to not come back black on the towel. The rest is the camper was equally as filthy. I had been there since 9AM. They knew I had a 7 plus hour drive back and thought they would get away with selling a camper that they said that everything worked on when it didn’t and was filthy. Very disappointing. They have since said they would do something but it was all just lip service. Be sure if you experience this same situation, inform who financed it so Camping World will lose their ability to finance campers and stop these unethical sales practices. Shame on you Monte and Camping World. More
