Service department very incompetent. Had them work on my RV 2 or 3 times, each time they screwed something up. This last time was the worst, they kept the RV for over 8 months and when I Had them work on my RV 2 or 3 times, each time they screwed something up. And what chaps my xxx the most is their attitude is apathetic. Even the management could care less about their quality. Don't use them! More

At first glance amazing! Then the problems began and the service was not as amazing. We now own a 2022 26HE with no Water Heater, a toilet that won’t drain an oven that won’ Then the problems began and the service was not as amazing. A service dept that has to keep it for at least a week without seeing it. A salesman who tells us it’s worth 27,000 less than what we paid 8 weeks ago! Save your money! More

I would not suggest Camping World Idaho Falls to my worst enemy. I was lied to on multiple accounts and was charged $625.50 for work I had not asked to be done. I was told upon dropping off my camper it woul enemy. I was lied to on multiple accounts and was charged $625.50 for work I had not asked to be done. I was told upon dropping off my camper it would be ready in 4 days, over two months later and constant headaches with this facility I finally got my camper back and was only “compensated” for the over charge. If you think emailing the VIP line will do anything for you think again. Also don’t expect them to read through your entire email of you explaining your problem, they do not care. In the end I was compensated for nothing and would have rather taken my camper anywhere else for work. More
