They don't care that things they told us worked don't work. They refuse to stand by their word. The service department people are rude, dishonest, and have terrible customer service. My husband was there for eight hours when he went and picked up our camper that was supposed to be all ready to go. We got it home and it STILL isn't right. One of the service guys treated him like garbage. I am appalled at how we have been treated after giving them our money. More
