Thanks RV Show, don't waste time going to dealership I have visited many dealerships in my area searching for a motorhome. The RV Show was a great opportunity to see what all the dealerships had to offer I have visited many dealerships in my area searching for a motorhome. The RV Show was a great opportunity to see what all the dealerships had to offer. After one experience with the salesman from Safford RV, don't bother going to the dealership. While in the motorhome, the salesman interrupted my conversation with someone else. He didn't introduce himself. He was criticizing and rude. Never once did he attempt to help us or offer to show us the features of the motorhome. It was obvious he did not enjoy his job, not a smile, or even a nice word came out of his mouth. After reviewing the employees, Dennis has no picture on the site. Employees are certainly a reflection of the business. This is no business I would ever want to do business with. More
Unusual experience? I had a recent not so good experience with Safford RV. After visiting the dealership over the course of 3 weeks looking at various class A motorhome I had a recent not so good experience with Safford RV. After visiting the dealership over the course of 3 weeks looking at various class A motorhomes, we could not find a layout we liked that was in our price range. The salesman was very courteous and patient in working with us. We even brought him a gift back from our Florida trip as a token of our appreciation for his patience. We subsequently found the layout we liked at another dealership and after some tough negotiations, came to a price that was good for them and us as well. As we had established a good rapport with the salesman at the Safford dealership, we decided the right thing to do was to let him know and to thank him for working with us. The salesman at Safford had offered to order the vehicle at the same price as the other dealership. I politely declined as I felt the offer to match the price considering the tough negation I just went through and that the unit was in stock at the other dealership was not in my best interest. The salesman began to state we wasted his time, and he threatened to "flag" us so we could not get maintence performed there, and we could not do business there in the future. We left and after I dropped the wife off at the house, I returned to the dealership to meet with the salesman and the sales manager (Noah) regarding the salesman's behavior. The sales manager apologized and indicated the situation would be handled. I am writing this because I do not know if this was an isolated incident. I think I would give the dealership the benefit of the doubt of this being an isolated except the salesman was also the floor sales manager. No manager with the experience he apparently had would ever treat a customer in that way or behave like that especially within ear shot of other customers and employees. The attached survey asked if I would recommend this business, with the only choices of yes or no. The honest answer is I am not sure. But I definitely would avoid that particular salesman. W. Wow, what an experience! Greg Berry was informative and took the time to really educate us on their products without a high pressure sales pitch. We knew walking in that we wouldn't be buying until after the new year, but he still spent the time with us to make sure we understood our options. Mr. Berry helped us pick out the Rv of our dreams. Now we just have to figure out the finances! At least we know where we will be buying, even though we don't know when yet. More

Vince is the Prep Vince Channon has went out of his way again to give us great service months after our purchase of our new Forest River Georgetown. Vince is the Prep Manager at Safford RV. We bought the Georgetown in August and left for California soon after so some repairs had to be put off for a time later in the year. I like the fact that Vince has kept us apprised of the progress. My wife and I really appreciate the extra time Vince has taken to help us get the Georgetown registered in another state. More

He greeted us with a big, friendly smile, and spent a couple hours showing us around, even though we told him we were just starting to consider trading up. What a different experience from the last time we went RV shopping! Usually, if you say you aren't ready to buy yet, the salespeople don't want to help you. But not Greg. He was more than happy to show us anything and everything we wanted to see, without the pressure. He told us to let him know when we are ready to upgrade our RV, and we certainly will. Unparalleled customer service!! More

Several of our family members came to the reunion in RVs or with pull-behind campers, and we thought, what a great idea! Greg was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable. We initially were interested in a pull-behind trailer or a fifth wheel, but Greg convinced us we would enjoy a Class C motorhome more. We weren't quite ready to pull the trigger, but you can believe that when we are ready to buy, we will be back to see Greg. Besides being very knowledgeable about the products, Greg was laid back and didn't pressure us, and patiently answered all of our questions. Funny guy too- he made the visit quite enjoyable. More

Greg spend all day (Sunday) with us and even stayed over two hours after closing to assist us. We went back (Thursday), another entire day. We had so many questions and he answered them all. He was so helpful, we told him what we wanted in layouts and size and he directed us to what we were looking for. He did an excellent job. Believe me, you have to be a great person to deal with all six of us at one time. Noah Ingram was also a great guy. We raked him over the coals on price, but he put up with us. In the end we bought our motorhomes (2-Sunstar 35F and a Sunstar 27N). Lastly we saw Ashley Craiger. Explained everything in detail for us. Class A Motorhomes - Class A Team! Thanks to them it was an awesome experience. More
