Great sales experience and great staff. Bought a new RV from salesman Tim Webb. Very easy process of setting up an appointment to visit dealership. Upon arrival salesman was available and very helpful and patient in showing us numerous units. Safford RV is a friendly family owned business. They even fed our kids during the paperwork process. Noah Ingram was available to answer any technical questions we had and was very knowledgable about the units on the lot. Thanks for a great sales experience to all involved. More
DISHONEST AND HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!!! My husband and I were told that when we came to pick up our toy hauler that it would be clean and ready to go. They had almost 2 weeks to get it ready My husband and I were told that when we came to pick up our toy hauler that it would be clean and ready to go. They had almost 2 weeks to get it ready. The outside was filthy though they claimed to have washed it. There was only one of two tables. There was no air mattress for the pull out sofa. A cabinet door was broken off the hinges. The bed in the toy hauler section had not been cleaned as previously arranged. The bed was still covered in stains. The water that came through the faucets was rancid. We spoke to Noah about the problems and he said "it's embarrassing that the water was nasty because we do an inspection and sanitation of the water on every unit". Noah also gave us attitude when we asked for thematic to be made correct. For something to be done on every unit and as simple as water they couldn't get it right. Also we were told that the warranty for the roof that 2 people had told us about did not exist. After spending 2.5 hours there we were told we had to come back another day to get it. When we did get it the generator wouldn't run and it started pouring black smoke from it and it was still filthy. And the trailer brakes were not working. Very poor experience. The only good part of this ordeal was looking around with our salesman mark. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Mark is the only reason I would give this dealership a star at all. More

disappointing ending The salesman was very accommodating in his efforts to close the deal. When the original documents were done, a warranty was included in the loan. The The salesman was very accommodating in his efforts to close the deal. When the original documents were done, a warranty was included in the loan. The loan was refused so they found another that approved. What they did not tell me until after I had transferred all my belonging into the new home that the warranty cost was not included. I had called and asked about the load to see if it was the same agreement and I was told it was. I had to produce $ 6000.00 to pay for that. The motor home did not have a back ladder on it and they were going to put on a generic one which meant drilling new hole so I refused it. They agree to order the right and let me know when it came in so I could give them the address I would be at. It was sent with out my knowledge to my mailing address 1500 miles away. Cost me another $ 55.00 to get it to me. More

Each time I picked up my Motor home I was glad that I had used purchased my RV at Safford RV and Richard was my Service Advisor. Each time the problems that I brought my RV in for had been corrected. Also, when the repairs had been completed I received a call and was told I could pick up my RV. I recently was in Charleston SC. With the motor home and the generator would not start. I called The service department and Richard called me back promptly twice in order to give me advise and possible solution More
Service department needs lesson in how to return calls I brought my RV to the Safford RV service department on Sunday, May 3rd. I had an incident over the weekend where I thought the axle might be damaged I brought my RV to the Safford RV service department on Sunday, May 3rd. I had an incident over the weekend where I thought the axle might be damaged and I was concerned about pulling it. I left my contact information (home, cell, etc.). I heard nothing on Monday. I heard nothing on Tuesday, so I called. Rick told me that they were busy and would try to look at it by Friday. I called on Friday (late in the day). Rick said they still hadn't looked at it, but his "guy" should be free on Monday to take a look. I waited until Monday afternoon without hearing back. I called again, and Rick said they were still backed up and he didn't know when they could get to it because other people had appointments and I didn't. Hello....I get that I did not have an appointment. I had an incident which precluded pulling it until it could be looked at. Do you NOT have any time built into your schedule for emergencies? Do you NOT have more than one "guy" who is qualified to pull a tire and look at an axle? Do you NOT even know how to pick up a phone and give a customer a call, even if its just to say "we haven't forgotten about you?" After Monday's conversation with Rick, I went to pick up my unit, knowing that I was taking a risk pulling it, but at that point I was willing to take the risk. I pulled it up to Stafford and dropped it at my favorite garage. They don't normally work on RVs, but they said they would take a look. They were closed when I dropped it off yesterday. This morning at 9AM I got a call from them. They had looked at it, assessed the damage, and determined that they could make the repairs for under $200. Now THAT is customer service. Safford RV could learn a thing or two from Eddie's Garage about customer service. While I have no beef with Safford RV's sales department, based on my experience with their service department, I will NEVER do business with Safford RV. More

Horrible Experience Buyers beware. Some of the managers(Mike) are not honest. We had an agreed upon deal with Noah. For some reason the sales rep got this sales manager( Buyers beware. Some of the managers(Mike) are not honest. We had an agreed upon deal with Noah. For some reason the sales rep got this sales manager(Mike) involved after Noah offered us an agreed upon price. I have text messages stating we had a deal Congratulations...etc.. When we got back with them to give them the credit card information to solidify the deal, this Mike guy declined the deal saying they would take a loss and that it was "class C selling time" and they could get more! That is just wrong. They backed out of an agreed upon deal. So I tell you keep driving by ..they are dishonest and do not care about the customer at all.. More
Never contacted me to tell me they sold the RV! I recently called the Safford RV dealership to inquire about a camper they had listed online for sale. There was no price, as well as no pictures, so I recently called the Safford RV dealership to inquire about a camper they had listed online for sale. There was no price, as well as no pictures, so I wanted more information, as I was looking to definitely purchase a similar camper, if not that particular one. I was told there were some computer issues, which is fine, and that it would take a moment for the information to come up. I don't know why the price wasn't also listed on a paper somewhere, or why another salesman couldn't have just informed the man on the phone what the price was. After 37 minutes of general conversation, with very little relevance to the camper, I was told the camper was SOLD. However, the salesman let me know the price that it sold for. The very next morning I receive a message from the salesman that sure enough the camper would probably be for sale again, as the original purchaser lived far away, did not pick up the camper, and would have until the following Tuesday (three days) to get it. The weather was going to be poor, so it was doubtful the purchaser would arrive. The next day (day three), I was called again, stating that the camper was now available and that the original purchaser's deposit was being refunded. I wasn't sure how this was possible, since it was Sunday and the purchaser had until Tuesday, but was just thrilled at the news. I was assured that I would be able to purchase the camper for the same price, but the salesman let me know that his superior was upset at him for not trying to get more money from me (which is what the salesman said). He said that he would send me more pictures, as I would be buying sight unseen, and that it would only be a few minutes. I waited a few HOURS, called back, and the salesman was busy with a customer. I said it was no problem and would continue to wait. I was informed earlier in the day that I would have to put down a substantial deposit and was waiting to move my money to make that deposit readily available. I never heard from the salesman. Monday comes and no word, no photos. I contact the salesman who lets me know it is his day off, as well as the following Tuesday. He sent the pictures I was waiting for and let me know that he was still keeping in contact with the dealership and "no worries" the trailer was still mine, as I was "next in line" to purchase. I believed I was waiting for the original purchaser's deposit to be refunded, and the camper to show up as "available" on the site, as the salesman said this was the only way I could begin the process. I hear no word Tuesday, no word Wednesday. By now the salesman had been back to work for a day and had not provided me any information for two days. On Thursday I had to contact him again and he let me know the trailer sold, supposedly to the original purchaser, and that he was so sorry and tried his best. What is most upsetting is not the loss of purchasing the trailer, but that I spent DAYS waiting for information, had scrambled to have my deposit ready, had set aside time to travel the few hours to pick up the camper, and I couldn't even get so much as a phone call to let me know the camper wasn't even there. I spent hours on the phone talking to this man, for nothing. It was a complete sham and waste of time. For some reason I actually believed the salesman, as I am typically NOT inclined to do, yet I was fooled. I will NOT being to purchase an RV from this dealership. More
