Not only was he helpful in finding us a beautiful trailer at a great price among the huge inventory they stock, but spent time showing us how things worked, and recommended supplies we would need. Mike Richards helped us put the deal together and treated us like family. I am glad they were the last place we visited as I know the trailer and service we got cannot be beaten. Oil Change $300.00? Engine & Generator Had my wife take my Class C in for State inspection because I wanted the oil changed and didn't have time myself. Figured I get my F-150 Oil changed Had my wife take my Class C in for State inspection because I wanted the oil changed and didn't have time myself. Figured I get my F-150 Oil changed with Mobil-1 and cost me just under $100 at any place I have taken it. Well after they had it, and not sure what type oil I got they charge 150 for Labor on top of the cost of material for an oil change. So what would have cost me $100 somewhere else, cost me $209.70 as it listed as oil and filter, lube chassis. I have been under my Ford E-450 chassis, and have never found a spot to be manually lubed yet, but every calls it oil & lube from the old days when you could/had to lube your suspension. I also happen to want the oil in the generator changed at the same time, and after 2 quarts of oil, that cost me $91.66 and the oil was only $16.66. Not sure what other people are paying for a simple oil change, but I will never go back to where I purchased this new coach again for service. I will take it to Ford as their price is lower for a simple oil change. Same type of cleaning service as Walmart,....None and oil left on steering wheel. :-( What a shame for the price I paid. Never again. More

We were initially told it might take a couple of days to replace it, then they changed the timeline to about an hour. We arrived first thing the morning of our appointment and it was replaced and we were on the road in 10 minutes. Have nothing but praise for them. More
