What a superb dealership to do business with. These people have re-defined customer service. Actually earned our business every step of the way. I cannot tell you how much my wife and I enjoyed buying people have re-defined customer service. Actually earned our business every step of the way. I cannot tell you how much my wife and I enjoyed buying our 2007 Itasca Suncruiser from Clyde Parks. The suppport Chad and Noah provided to close the deal was unbelievable. We went in to purchase a 2012 Itasca Sunova and Noah suggested we look at this Suncruiser. I did not want a used unit, but we were so impressed with the condition, history and overall appearance of the Suncruiser we bought it. This team spent all the time we needed to answer questions, assure us anything we found would be fixed (on a used unit, that is amazing) and we would be totally satisfied. They were genuine about caring how well this sale went, and never pushed, rushed or made us feel hurried in our decision process. Why can't other dealerships learn from Safford RV? What an excellent buying experience. They told us this philosphy starts with the owners and extends down to the employees. Upon delivery, on a Friday night, Demond stayed until we left to ensure any service items were immediately attended too. He did not want us to depart the dealership if something was not right. I have never seen a person from the service department waiting aroung to ensure the customer was satisfied before they left. We WILL purchase another RV, including service and parts only at Safford RV. I cannot imagine taking my business anywhere else. By the Way, they are about 70 miles away from us, but worth the drive. We love Gordon. Back in May we decided that buying a trailer would be a good fit for our family. We came and met Gordon and took a tour around the yard. We came into it thinking we would be fine with a pop up tent but after having so much of his time we quickly realized we wanted something larger. We found Gordon to be full of information and not pushy. When we went back to his desk to talk numbers I became very uncomfortable with an exchange that was going on next to us at the round table. The finance manager was very rude to a customer he was dealing with and loud enough that we were able to hear the entire exchange. We left. A few weeks later went down the street and bought a trailer from a different dealership. We both were not thrilled with our salesman. He was polite enough but not Gordon. We used our trailer for just short of two months and decided we needed a larger one for our family. My husband and I knew we were buying the new one from Gordon. I was upfront with Gordon when we arrived letting him know we were not going to deal with the pushy guy. Gordon was terrific and took care of everything for us. He has a vast knowledge of trailers and is willing to share. I think anyone who spends five minutes with Gordon will love him. He has such a great personality. His service was stellar and we were impressed with our delivery. Only doing it two months prior we were able to compare it to the other dealership. Gordon was with us then brought Danny out to do the check out. He came back and checked on us twice making sure we were comfortable and happy. We both enjoyed him so much. He even walked out to the street to make sure we were all set up and ready to leave. I have passed out his business cards to all of my friends and hope if they buy an RV they do it with Gordon. I give Gordon 5 stars!!!! More

Gordon took the time to show us every RV we asked to see and was very knowledgeable and informative about the different models. We had our 4 year old son with us on the first visit and Gordon made sure he e and was very knowledgeable and informative about the different models. We had our 4 year old son with us on the first visit and Gordon made sure he even asked his opinion about his likes and dislikes which was really impressive. On our second visit we returned without our son, but Gordon instantly recongnized us when we walked in the door and even remembered our son's name as well as exactly what we were looking for. Gordon even mentioned that they had a new unit in stock that was exactly what we were looking for. We decided on a new unit and Gordon was very good about closing the deal. We felt like we were treated right and we got a great deal. We would highly recommend Safford RV. And be sure to ask for Gordon Lewis, he won't steer you wrong. More

Thank you Clyde! Clyde was wonderful to work with very professional and personable all at the same time. He was very understanding and patience with us and showed us every coach we wanted to see (some mul professional and personable all at the same time. He was very understanding and patience with us and showed us every coach we wanted to see (some multiple times, even in the monsoon! LOL) Clyde was very knowledgeable and if there was a question we had that he didn't know the answer to with 100% confidence... he went and got the answer for us. Noah was great as well. Even when he had all the paper work ready for the unit we decided to buy and totally switched to a different unit he said 'No problem I'll get right on it'! This was such a streamlined process that wasn't forced or pushy, which we really appreciate! We would definitely recommend Safford RV! More

Donald helped us pick out our hybrid travel trailer and was amazing throughout the entire experience. It took us a few weeks to choose one that fit us and eventually picked one at the RV Show in Fredericks was amazing throughout the entire experience. It took us a few weeks to choose one that fit us and eventually picked one at the RV Show in Fredericksburg. Each week, he would follow up to see if he could help us in any way to make our decision, but he was not pushy about it. We hope to see Donald there when we buy our next camper in a couple years; he was wonderful! More

Despite being dissapointed with our initial visit we continued to try to work a deal. We waited 3 days, got 2 wrong purchase orders and never got our email questions answered so we could make a final de continued to try to work a deal. Gordon Lewis, excellent sale rep. Took the time to find out what type of vehicle we were looking for and what our needs exactly were. We had our granddaughter with us and he treated her also as if she wer out what type of vehicle we were looking for and what our needs exactly were. Took the time to go over all the financing options and get it to the finance department (Joe) which in turn also came up with the financing and payment with were looking for. Gordon, a great people person and will recommend him to our friends. Excellent sales representive!! Jonathan Pino, Excellent, excellant, demonstration of the Travel trailer we purchased. Very thorough, patient, and pleasant individual. He walked us through every inch inside and out of the trailer. Answered all questions and repeated things as much as needed to make sure we understood. Excellent employee!! More
