WELL, FIRST THERE WAS A MIX UP ON THE PRICE...ONCE WE WORKED IT OUT THINGS WENT WELL..BUT NOW I HAVE A WATET LEAK THAT I WAS TOLD IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF..BUT ALL THE SERVICE DID WAS DISCONNECT THE LINE FRO WORKED IT OUT THINGS WENT WELL..BUT NOW I HAVE A WATET LEAK THAT I WAS TOLD IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF..BUT ALL THE SERVICE DID WAS DISCONNECT THE LINE FROM THE SPRAY PORT. LAST WEEK I USED MY WATER PUMP AND WATER CAME OUT ALL OVER THE PLACE INSIDE AND OUT. ONLY A QUICK FIX TO GET ME OUT THE DOOR. I WONDER IF YOU DO THAT TO ALL? More

Gordon was a terrific salesperson. He was knowledgeable and honest. He did not try to push any travel trailer on us. We had been looking for quite a while for our first RV We had been looking for quite a while for our first RV trailer, and had gone to shows and other dealerships in the area. We checked out Safford's We had been looking for quite a while for our first RV trailer, and had gone to shows and other dealerships in the area. We checked out Safford's website and saw a few trailers in their inventory that looked interesting. Clyde Parks was our salesman and he showed us what we wanted to see. He was knowledgable but admitted to us that he had only been there at Safford for 60 days, and that he didn't know everything yet, but that he would get us the answer to any question he couldn't answer. We appreciated his honesty. We also liked his easy going non-pressure sales approach. We narrowed down what we liked to two trailers, and Clyde called on Noah Ingram, the sales manager to help. Noah was excellent in answering all our questions and helping us understand about hitches, extended warrenties and anything else we asked about. He was also easy going and friendly, even during the price negotiation. Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience. When we returned to pick up our trailer we met some of the service staff. Jonathan did our inspection and walkthrough of the trailer with us, explaining things very well. We had a hitch and brake controller installed also that day and were shown how they work. Will and Matt were particularly helpful and took extra time to explain things to us. They were both very helpful again when we called the next day with questions or problems, as were Clyde and Noah. We would definently recommend Safford to anyone looking to buy an RV. More

We were very pleased with our purchase of a fifth wheel. They helped with our fifth wheel hitch and spent a few hours ensuring we were comfortable with how the fifth wheel worked. After the walk through with now know how to operate all the various parts of the fifth wheel in addition to how to winterize. Very Happy with the transaction! More
