What a great experience!! The wife and I had been looking for a Travel Trailer for months. When we walked in Safford RV we were “just looking” but everything seamed to come together. Noah Peery was our sales person. He was up front from the beginning by telling us that if we find something we liked he was going to try and sale it to us. He did but at a great price that worked for us and the dealership. We had a great time and enjoyed the buying process. Congrats on the new baby Noah. The credit application was quick and easy. Walk through of the TT was very informative and laid back. Not rushed at all and I know there another walk through waiting. The service staff were “Jonny on the Spot” to fix the one minor item we found during the walk through. I did my own hitch work but the hitch man from service checked behind me anyway before we headed down the road. If I ever trade this TT in it will be at Safford RV. More

I needed a replacement for my fresh water tank on my Itasca Navion IQ. Safford researched the tank stock number required and ordered the tank for me. I found Rick Butler to be very friendly and easy to work with as well as the service tech, Kevin. I had previously been to an RV dealer in Manassas and received a complete run around and a wasted week with the RV on their lot and a weeks rental car for me. More

I had to lower the rating of the overall experience because of the mandatory walk through. I didn't mind having to do the walk through and could see where it was beneficial, unfortunately it was pouri because of the mandatory walk through. I'm sure it rains quit a bit on these walk throughs and since they charge $700 to do them they should be prepared and have the campers indoors or they should build a pole barn and do the walk throughs there. A pole barn would prove protection from the rain and give shade on very hot days. I don't blame the people I worked with directly, but the ownership needs address this issue. More

Great overall experience! I was looking for an RV but had not intended on buying that day, just viewing a couple models I was researching. Neither met my needs but Wanda's understanding of our needs and low not intended on buying that day, just viewing a couple models I was researching. Neither met my needs but Wanda's understanding of our needs and low pressure sales approach led to us to the Thor ACE, which was perfect for us. Noah demonstrated interest in doing what it takes to get us at the right price and Colby's willingness to offer a fair deal were the reason we bought from Safford. It had been a long day for us and Sherry made the paperwork process quick and painless. The only reason I rated a 4 on price is due to the prep fee but Colby helped make it more palatable and given the other customer service aspects of our transaction, I am very pleased with my purchase and Safford RV. We love the ACE!!! Thanks to all! Update: I did have a problem was frustrated with the delays in processing my title paperwork as well as some non-responsiveness to emails but ultimately it was resolved thanks to the office manager Heather. Once she got involved, she was very responsive and the action seemed to be quickly resolved. Again, overall a good experience with this dealer. More

Greg was very good to work with. We had actually gone in to just pass some time away and look at the new campers. We were not really looking to buy. We had a very good camper at the time. He answered questions that we had and we actually had a good time with him. The more we looked, the more we started thinking about trading up. By the end of the day, we had purchased a new camper. Can not say enough about Doug also. He gave very detailed instructions on taking care of the RV. We have had 2 other campers in the past and have never been instructed on them the way Doug did. I am one that has to learn by doing and he was very patient with us and let me try anything that I needed to. We were his last customers for the day, but he stuck it out way past stopping time, until we were on our way with camper in tow. We would recommend Safford to other people looking for RVs. Everyone knows it is their job to sell, but alot goes in saying it is all in how that is relayed to customers. The team that we worked with from sales to financing to hooking up the RV and driving away was great. We never at any time felt any pressure into any decision that we made. More
