They did a great job, making recommendations of what and how to fix it, using their heads and helping me get a restored trailer and save some money. They were just great. Safford is the only RV service center I will take my 5th wheel to. All the work I have had done has been excellent and Rick has been awesome to work with. The dealership we bought it from left us hanging, Rick got the ball rolling and we were able to get the repairs taken care even though the unit is out of warranty. Donald Bradley was patient and thorough. It was a very hot day but he took the time to show us units that matched our requirements while at the same time being always alert to the limitations of our tow v hot day but he took the time to show us units that matched our requirements while at the same time being always alert to the limitations of our tow vehicle. He was professional, friendly and we felt him to be trustworthy. Donald followed up with us several times between putting a down payment on the trailer and the time we came to pick it up. We never felt pressured and we appreciate the level of service we received. We had hoped to receive more value for our trade-in and that's why we rated price as good and not great. The price on the new unit that we purchased was very reasonable. Doug Eder performed our walk-thru and we were very impressed. Doug was knowledgable, patient and when we asked a question for which he didn't know the answer, he found it out. Doug recommended maintenance products to extend the life our unit and when the keys couldn't be found had the locks replaced in record time. We had to drive a considerable distance and were pleased Doug was able to make a late afternoon appointment for our review. We were very satisfied and would return to Safford for our next RV. More

Donald in sales listened to what we wanted in an RV, how much we wanted to spend, then took us to look at appropriate models. He felt we could purchase a remaining new model for nearly the price of a used m much we wanted to spend, then took us to look at appropriate models. We are not first time RV owners but he made sure we knew everything about the new one, which may have been different from our previous one. We were very impressed when we walked into the dealership. The salesman who worked with us when we came in to make the purchase had helped my brother the day before when he was looking was the sam dealership. He helped make the purchasing process very simple and straightforward. The financal person who helped us go through the paperwork and the signing of the paperwork was very friendly and helpful and knowladge about other products and warrenties that were available for additional purchase. The person who did the walk-thru with us when we took possesion of the unit was very knowlegable about the unit and anticipated our every question and concern. We certainly will recommend to all of our friends and family interested in getting an rv that they go there and talk to the staff there. More
