First encountered these guys at the RIC RV show. The quality of the coachman motor home shines above the others. Drove up to see them on a Sunday (one of the few RV places around open on a Sunday) and had a great experience! We looked around on our own for a bit and then ask for a sales rep. Bob sat down with us and went over all of the details that we wanted in a camper and then made a list of those he thought we would be interested in. Noah took us around to see many of the models, answering all of our questions and pointing out the perks of each unit. They closed at 4pm, we didn't leave until after 6pm. No one rushed us in our decisions and everyone was always very helpful. From the receptionist that greeted us to the very end of signing the contracts, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They may be a 30 minute drive from home, but they certainly are worth it!!! Thank you to everyone that made this purchase a easy and pleasant experience. More
Great experience - we did our research, shopped around, and found out that Safford RV will not be undersold. The sales staff was extremely knowledgeable about all the RVs on the lot, and also gave some po and found out that Safford RV will not be undersold. We purchased our 2014 Forest River Georgetown 335 DSF on February 7, 2014 and the staff was remarkable! This is our second RV and we are really looking forward to the many trips planned with our RV club (Northern VA Travelmasters) this year and beyond. Many thanks to Dave Hansen, Noah Ingram, Donald Bradley and Billy who walked us through all of the features our unit contains. Unbeleivable deal. On my way north to pick up a travel trailer and pulled in their lot after they closed on Sunday. They waited hand and foot on me and my wife. Needless to say, they gave me such a great deal I actually considered purchasing another and bringing back to NC to sell for a profit. So late Sunday nihgt we closed on a purchase price. Came in Mondya morning and treated me like gold. Had trailer ready nad made sure it was perfect. Never do you find the lowest price with this service and professional and friendly atmosphere. Thank y'all very much as honeslty, I still am shocked at what I paid for this unit! worth every bit a five hour drive. Will not buy another trailer off anyone and when people ask me I tell them the same thing. More

Even when we were "just looking" they treated us wonderfully..not like some dealerships who act like you are waisting their time. We were never pressured in any way, but allowed to take our time in our selection to assure we got exactly what we were looking for. This dealership was great until we signed on the line and they got our money. We can get no resolution or even communication with the countless problems we have encountered with our Heartland Cyclone. Phone they got our money. We have had to contact the Better Business Bureau in an attempt to get some kind of communication and resolution. This is the poorest managed facility my wife and I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this so called RV dealer as possible. So far we are 7 months into our "battle" with these people and have been through 5 different employees. No one here cares as long as they get the money. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from here!! More
When we first started looking at the model that we eventually purchased, everyone was more than friendly. At the close of the deal, only 3 people remained friendly and helpful. Billy who did our demo, Bob Cotney, who was not directly connected to our purchase, but was very helpful and Sherrie Archie, who handled our paperwork without a flaw. All these people were courteous and helpful from the beginning to end. The day we took possession, the rest of staff acted like we did not matter anymore and just wanted us gone. If fact, the manager Noah, sat at the table with a smirk on his face for most of the time that we discussed the purchase and seemed not to be very happy with our request for them to honor their promises as stated. For example, when we looked at the unit the first time, the TV was missing. We asked Clyde Parks and Noah Peery on two (2) separate occasions if the TV came with it, both of them responded yes. They told us that TV's were removed to avoid people from stealing them. The day we took possession they were hesitate to give us one, but finally agreed to a $300.00 reimbursement. When we asked for the holder to attach it to the wall, they were hesitant to give us one and changed the subject without giving us a holder.
