Sadly, Campbell Ford's customer service is nowhere near what it used to be. When I called to schedule maintenance, I was unable to talk to a person. My only option was to leave voicemails. On the other han what it used to be. When I called to schedule maintenance, I was unable to talk to a person. My only option was to leave voicemails. On the other hand, when I called Gurley Leep I was able to talk with a person who was able to schedule the maintenance I needed and let me know the cost. With Campbell For I had to leave voicemails. When my voicemail was responded to, the person I spoke with was able to schedule the maintenance I needed but could not provide the cost. So I had to wait for yet another phone call back to find out the cost. Why is it so hard to have a service person available during normal business hours to talk with a customer whose car needs service? Also, this is the third time I am attempting to leave this feedback, because this feedback system requires irrelevant information. I really appreciated the service I have received from Campbell Ford for so many years, but I am pretty much ready to quit and go elsewhere due to the customer service problems I encountered. The mobile service that Campbell provides was very good, both service persons who came to my house were friendly and seemed competent. The problem is not with the technicians. The feedback system will not let me submit this without my rating people I worked with. The problem is that this feedback system does not include any of the people I worked with. Catch 22, let me know if that does not make sense. The only way I could find to submit this ridiculous form with some ridiculous questions was to rate Austin Davey and Vincent Hernandez. I do not know either of them, I did not work with them on the two maintenance calls that were performed, but it seems this system won't accept my feedback unless I rate them. Maybe the one star rating will get someone's attention, maybe not. Ugh. So tired of trying to give honest feedback. If this submission does not go through I will give up and go elsewhere, More
