Tech was very nice and fast considering that he was given the wrong parts and it took about two hours for a twenty minute job to install my new trim pieces that were under recall!! Over very happy More

Randy, We understand your frustrations and we do apologize that we were not able to resolve your issues. As you know when we spoke, the issue is far from my team's lack of 'want' to help your situation - but more of a lack of options to assist you. Your truck has custom engine performance modifications. We feel very confident the issue you are having is related to your tune with said modifications. My team is very well Ford factory trained, that is our specialty. Unfortunately, custom performance modifications are not. As far as another issue once you picked the truck up, your issue has been noted on both visits and it was having a lack of power both times. We charged you nothing for this final visit as we could not pin point the issue. We wish you the best of luck moving forward and sincerely hope you can get the issue resolved!
