The service center lacks in communication, they also seem to have no confidence in fixing ongoing issues. Brought my truck in 5 times for the same check engine light, finally reached out to Ford to get some to have no confidence in fixing ongoing issues. Brought my truck in 5 times for the same check engine light, finally reached out to Ford to get some help and by that time Campbell Ford suggested I find another repair shop. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here. More
