Superb service. Brandon took me seriously; he listened and didn't try to push cars I wasn't interested in. He and the finance dept. worked at getting me a great interest rate and monthly payments I can afford. AND, a vehicle I love! I had been considering getting a new car for a while but the car buying experience at other dealerships had not been so good so I was quite leery at the thought of having to fight or be on the defensive and I was not looking forward to it but I'm very pleased with the way it all came together and will go back when I need another new vehicle. I do hope that Brandon and the rest of the gang is still here in a few years!:) More

I bought a 04 Ford F-150 from them on Oct 8th. When we got there, Todd had the truck parked on the street in front of the dealership instead of on the lot, the street was the busy main street in down town got there, Todd had the truck parked on the street in front of the dealership instead of on the lot, the street was the busy main street in down town Centralia. We looked at the truck there on the street looked at the interior body engine I looked at the oil, trans fluid but they had been changed so I couldn't tell anything.I started the truck, sounded ok there on the busy street. we took the truck for a ride while we were driving, Todd was telling us how Campbell was a trust worthy small town dealership different from all the rest.He was also telling us when they get a used car in they run it through the shop and all the things they check out a fix in fact all the things they had fixed on this truck. He also told us that if we bought it and found anything wrong that they would make it right and that the dealership "had never thrown anyone under the bus on anything like that". It seemed to run good on the test drive so we made a cash offer and bought the truck figuring the way Todd talked that they would stand behind it. I drove the truck home it seemed to run fine I got it home and backed it down the driveway and got it next to my motorhome and could hear a loud tick or knock coming from the engine that I couldn't hear on the busy street in Centralia, so I put it in the garage left it running and listened to it and it bothered me all night that my new truck needed a motor. The next morning I called Todd and told him about the noise he again told me not to worry he knew who owned the truck before me and if there was anything wrong with the truck he would already know about it. Anyway Todd setup a shop appointment in their shop with their Ford Machanic for the next day. I live over 2hrs away so I drove down there the next morning their guy listened to it and said it was a normal noise for the Triton 5.4 engine and nothing to worry about. So I drove it Home. At this point I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to a local Ford Dealership here in Bremerton to have them listen to the noise. I had one of their service advisors listen to the noise, they told me it was not normal at all and that it could be a bad engine. Now I start trying to contact Campbell again I tryed to call Todd 3 times with a couple of days in between with no return phone calls. I called the dealership again they told me to try to talk to Justin the Finance guy I left a message and again no return phone call. Next I get a hold of Ben by this time I had an idea that would be a simple soultion, if the dealership and I split the cost of an Extended Warranty that way it wouldn't cost either of us very much and if the motor did go out I could just get it fixed. I told Ben of the idea he told me he would run it by the powers that be and he would get back to me. Well needless to say he never did.I waited a few days and called him back, got him, he told me he would check and call me back in 1 minute, NOT a call, and haven't heard a word since, no calls from this "honest small town Dealer. I also found the truck leaking on my garage floor coming from the front Differental. A day or so later I was looking in the glove box and found Campbell Vehicle Check Up Form and sure enough it says "Front Diff Cover Leaking and has been Damaged" also it shows that they changed the oil and put 1 pint of 80/90 oil additive which also shows that they knew about the Tick/Knock in the engine and why I wouldn't buy a piece of gum from Campbell Chrysler the "Small Town Trustworthy Dealership that has never Thrown Anyone under the Bus." I made them a resonable offer to solve the problem after I paid them over $11,000 cash for a used truck that had been on their lot for over 100 days now we know why it had been there so long More

There is no other way to describe our service at your dealership other than it was absolutely "great!". Being able to get preliminary approval before traveling the 100 miles to the dealership was extremely helpful and appreciated. Todd was very friendly, personable, informative and extremely helpful. The financing experience with Justin was great. Justin made sure we fully understood all the paperwork, warranty issues, etc. There were no surprises, hold ups or unexpected issues. There was no pressure from anyone that we worked with and no one tried to push us into any other vehicle as other dealerships often do. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience either of us has ever had. We will definatley be back in the future and will refer anyone looking to make a purchase to this dealership. More
