I have been a customer of Campbell's since 1986. You go back to the place you had the best experience. Brandon and the dealership went above and beyond any service I have heard of. Due to problems of my back to the place you had the best experience. Brandon and the dealership went above and beyond any service I have heard of. Due to problems of my own making by buying a car from Campbell's that I thought would fit my needs and finding in practice that it did not, I went back to Campbell's with my problem. I called Brandon, 'in the evening', with my dilema. He said not to worry and asked me to come by the next day and we can talk. The end result was that I went away with another vehicle. One that met my needs at a good and fair price. Campbell's did not have to do that. By contract I could have been stuck. Brandon said that the customer's happiness with his purchase and buying experience is what is most important. Well folks, I'm very happy and the experience is why I'll keep going back to Campbell's. Four years ago I attempted to order a new vehicle with a Chrysler affiliate discount and they refused to order my vehicle and I am not sure why. I ended up going elsewhere to buy that vehicle. Recently I de Chrysler affiliate discount and they refused to order my vehicle and I am not sure why. I ended up going elsewhere to buy that vehicle. Recently I decided to buy another new vehicle and thought I would give Campbell a second chance. My experience this time around was completely different than the last. The sales person was not only knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, he was polite and very professional. More
We bought a town and country van with only 35k miles. Within the week it needed a new transmission, had warped brake rotors and a bad bearing. This is a car that supposedly went through a 32 point inspection. They couldn't understand why we were upset since the repairs were under manufacturer warranty. Barely. The brakes were only warrantied for another 50 miles. They acted like they were doing us a huge favor when by taking the van back on a trade for what we had just financed for a week earlier. We couldn't get our trade in back, or our cash down back. We bought a truck which they insisted they would only sell for higher than blue book value, promised to repair the interior headliner to like new (it looks horrible still) and when we brought it back to be detailed two days later one of their employees drove it into a cement pole. They didn't point this out until my husband pointed it out to them and again they acted like they were doing us a huge favor by polishing out the damage. The bumper was bent and they ended up ordering us a new bumper. At this point we were still feeling a vibration in the front so we got the tires balanced at Les Schwab. We were told that we should get it back to the dealer because the front bearing is bad on the truck. Another vehicle inspected by these "top notch" mechanics of Campbells. At this point I am convinced that selling cars with known mechanical defects is an accepted business practice of this dealership and I will warn everyone I know to stay away. For what it is worth, our salesperson Brandon was always friendly. More
I told my husband I needed a grandma car. What ever that I told my husband I needed a grandma car. What ever that is! so Brandon took us for a test drive of the mini van we asked for...OK, that's nice. I I told my husband I needed a grandma car. What ever that is! so Brandon took us for a test drive of the mini van we asked for...OK, that's nice. I was kind of surprised when Brandon asked me and not my husband what I thought I needed in a car. Brandon has a way of pulling out of you what you really need and want. He asked questions that keyed in on our specific car needs. That's why I call him Doc Brandon. Brandon asked us to wait with open minds as he went to get it. When he pulled up in our Mini-Cooper I was floored and delighted! We would have never imagined this BUT he listened to my answers and was able to come up with the PERFECT solution. As I test drove the mini he filled us in on all the features and encouraged my rusty manual driving skills. I'm so glad that we didn't fall for that old cliche that we thought we needed. Brandon has a knowledge of cars that is amazing not to be out done by his friendly, no pressure style. Yep, thanks to Doc Brandon we have an super gas saving, easy to park, fun to drive Mini-Cooper grandma car! I even let my hubby drive it. More

This was the most comfortable, easy purchase I've done. I have purchased 5 new vehicles in my life. No pressure from Brandon. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car contact him. The best. I worked I have purchased 5 new vehicles in my life. No pressure from Brandon. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car contact him. The best. I worked with two dealerships, rainier dodge sucked, they were not willing to dicker on the cost. I got more than I expected for my trade in, and price break. I basically did all the leg work through email. Brandon was responsive and attentive and very patient. The best. My highest praise. More
Brandon Rakes was great to work with. We never felt pressured and enjoyed his friendl & helpful attitude. He was knowledgable with the vehicles we looked at (and we had looked at a wide variety.) Oth pressured and enjoyed his friendl & helpful attitude. He was knowledgable with the vehicles we looked at (and we had looked at a wide variety.) Other dealers left us feeling uncertain of wanting to do business with them. Brandon made us feel like we were customers whom he wanted to help, not targets for a sale. We also really love the Town & Country Minivan, it is a perfect fit for our family of 5. We will recommend Campbell's (and Brandon) to any of our friends that are looking to buy a vehicle. More
