He was attentive and listened to the description of what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was patient and answered all the questions I had. He was friendly and helpful in sorting out vehicles to consider for purchase, not just for me, but for my wife as well. He has a wealth of information about the product he represents, and shares that knowledge in a manner that doesn't leave you feeling overwhelmed. He includes you in discovering the capabilities of the technology you are considering purchasing. He has a humorous and easy manner of relating, personally, and is at all times respectful. UConnect located your dealership for me while I was still driving down I-5. Your service tech resolved the problem and then went above and beyond. He recommended some tie downs for my motorcycle I was carrying in the bed of the truck and when he returned the truck he backed it up perfectly to my travel trailer that I was towing. He is very up to date on all modern electronic communications advancements and the three of us had a good time with him training us two ludites the aspects and benefits of the new technology providing a more enjoyable vehicle in view of great performance and safety. My husband and I have been deciding on a new vehicle for me for about 8 months. We have test driven several vehicles ( Ford, Mazda, etc ) but we knew that Jeep was releasing a new vehicle this year. So, ear me for about 8 months. We have test driven several vehicles ( Ford, Mazda, etc ) but we knew that Jeep was releasing a new vehicle this year. So, earlier this year I had contacted Campbell about the Jeep Cherokee. I was told that someone would contact me about this vehicle when they had more info themselves on it. Within a few days, we were contacted and given as much information as they could .... given this was a new model, there wasn't much out yet. So, a few months had passed and we received a call from Brandon Rakes. He was telling us all about the new Jeep. He let us know that hopefully by the end of Summer/Fall they should have a Cherokee or two in. Here is where the real kudos comes in. Brandon not only kept us up to date on this vehicle, he never once tried to sell us something else ! He listened to what we wanted and let us keep driving other vehicles ! He NEVER made us feel pressured at all ! AND not only did he update us on the Jeep when he called, he asked questions about us ! How WE were doing ! He never seemed like a salesman....which meant a ton to us. We didn't feel badgered or pushed. Ok, fast forward to November ! We were in Centralia and decided just to poke around Campbell's. Brandon met us in the parking lot and gave us an update on the Jeep. Less than a week later BAM ! Brandon calls to tell us they had a couple of the Jeep's in ! My husband and I just so happened to have the day off together and jumped on the idea of going to test drive the Cherokee. Immediately Brandon let us know that he had the intentions of spending as much time with us and answering all of our questions ! Poor guy, little did he know we would keep him for four hours !!! He was so knowledgeable about the Cherokee ! He taught us how to use every gadget it had to offer ! We both got to spend time driving it and spent time at the dealership "kicking the tires" as they say and never once did Brandon make us feel like we needed to move along. : ) He gave my husband and I time to discuss the vehicle alone, which I appreciated. Nothing worse than discussing your finances with someone listening in ! lol Once we were 95 % sure we wanted a Cherokee, the 'fun' part started. War of numbers. But that really isn't how it went at all. We told Brandon what worked for us and he made it happen ! I decided that I didn't want to be impulsive and felt like I needed to go home and if I woke up the next day and really wanted this Cherokee, we'd be back. Brandon had no problem with this ! He didn't try to talk us into staying or feeding us some cheesy line about taking the vehicle home that night. We went home and did some research online, compared numbers with other dealerships and discussed the pros and cons. I emailed Brandon back and let him know that we would be in the next day to buy the Cherokee ! AND talk about easy !!!! Move over Staples, your 'Easy' button couldn't have made this more seamless ! Paperwork was ready for us when we got there after work, Brandon had the Cherokee parked out front and even went over a few more of the gadgets with me to make sure I was comfortable ! Overall, I couldn't be more happier with Campbell, Brandon and my 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Usually after a few days you find something you wish was different or could be changed ( especially me ) .... nope, not here ! I love this Jeep ! Brandon listened, he sought out the knowledge of the vehicle himself and because of this we have the perfect vehicle for us and an amazing resource for the Jeep . This is our 3rd vehicle that we have bought from Campbell and you can bet we will buy the next ... although we really love our current vehicles, it may be awhile ! More
