Good to be back at Campbell's Last year, I had an accident in the fifth Jeep I had purchased from Campbell's. I was very disappointed in the quality of the work done by their body Last year, I had an accident in the fifth Jeep I had purchased from Campbell's. I was very disappointed in the quality of the work done by their body shop, as well as the "attitude" seemingly adopted by the employees working in the body shop. My vehicle was not repaired to my satisfaction; there were still things wrong with my Jeep that they refused to fix. I later had the items fixed at another dealership. I felt I was "coerced" by the body shop into going ahead and signing over the insurance check as they refused to even look at what I felt was still wrong with the Jeep until I did. After I signed the check over to them, I was told I had to prove the things that were still wrong were caused by the accident. I was NOT HAPPY. All that being said, I met Brandon Rakes. I decided to give Campbell's dealership another shot... I love my Jeeps! Brandon worked with me for a couple? weeks trying to find the right fit for me with my budget, trade-ins (I had two) and working things out so I could get the most Jeep for my money. He was patient, kind and has the most wonderful sense of humor! You have to meet this guy! Please go into Campbell's in Centralia and ask (no, insist) that Brandon work with you. He will do his utmost to please you, as he did for me. I cannot say enough great things about him. (No, we are not related.... :-D ) He is good at what he does, and it shows that he really cares about his clients! John was very quick and efficient. My financing was approved quickly, and when it wasn't quite the right fit for what I budgeted, he was just as fast at getting back to me with another offer. That was on a Sunday when they are normally closed, but John and the Manager Chris both came in on their day off to work around my schedule. My experience with Campbell's 4 years ago I bought a Chrysler 300 SRT8 from another dealer. But when I had questions about warranties I went to Campbell's and Justin was there to 4 years ago I bought a Chrysler 300 SRT8 from another dealer. But when I had questions about warranties I went to Campbell's and Justin was there to gracefully answer all my question. About a year ago I decided to trade my SRT8 for something more economical and I started browsing Campbell's lots in search of a vehicle. That's when I met Brandon. He kept my needs in mind and would let me know when a vehicle came in that may have been of interest, and I on occasion would come and browse the lot. I got to meet most of the staff and they were all very informative and helpful. They were all extremely patient with me and my incisiveness. I loved the car I had but, I was not enjoying driving it much due to the price of fuel. Last week, I browsed the lot as usual and they had a Toyota Highlander that looked like it may have fit my needs. Joe was there to show me the car. I took it for a ride and it felt like it fit. But I still was not sure... They answered all my questions and concerns as we explored financing, car fax, condition of the vehicle and so on. I was still unsure and they were very patient and always helpful. I went home and slept on it. Next day I went back and went through all the information again with Brandon and became the new happy owner of the Toyota Highlander. As I was enjoying my new economical vehicle I noticed that my cigarette lighter did not work so I went back to Campbell's and let them know. They were happy to look at it for me and to my pleasant surprise Brandon called me to tell me that two replacement tires had been ordered for that vehicle and they had just come in. WOW :-) Yesterday I went in to drop my new car off at Campbell's to get my lighter fixed and the new tires put on. They gave me a loaner van to take home. Today I picked up the highlander with 2 new front tires and the lighter port was fixed. It just needed a fuse. :-) Thank you you are the BEST !!! More

In the 40 some odd years of dealing with dealerships that always gave you the felling of (were getting taken !) Not this guys, there attitude was lets look and see if there is any incentives out there that can save you some money! Working with Brandon was a pleasure, there was no pressure, he took his time, and I left there Knowing that for once I got a fair deal. Not only Brandon but the other employees there like Brian Souci parts manager, David Schumaker President, Justin Simoncic finance Manager and others, they went out of there way to make you feel welcome. So I tried it was very claustrophobic.So my husband and I looked all the way to Oregon.We didn't find what we were looking for. After three weeks I came back to Campbell Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and talked to Brandon Rakes again He said, I have another vehicle for you to look at. I said o.k.. He told me the vehicle name started with the "V". I said no VANS. He said just look at it. So I did and drove it.It drove just like the Dodge Jouney. The Dodge Carovan is what I picked. It is a great vehicle with low miles on it with an extened repair plan for the life of the vehicle.It isn't a van because the windows roll down and seat fold down into the floor.Great for hauling stuff and no more removing the seats.
