This was my very first experience in purchasing a new car and she really blew me away with I must start by saying Charlotte was absolutely fantastic! This was my very first experience in purchasing a new car and she really blew me away with her professionalism, friendliness and most of all her patience. I had no initial intention of going to gateway hyundai simply because it was further away. However when Charlotte called a couple times I could honestly hear how sweet she sounded and being this was my first time doing this that's definitely a quality I was looking for. She was as nice in person as she was on the phone. I felt like she was genuine and absolutely felt that she wanted me to have the best deal and save as much money as possible for the exact car I wanted. She didn't try and talk me out of anything or talk me into anything. She merely asked me what I wanted and she wanted to make that happen without settling for anything less. I guess the only thing I would suggest is I would have preferred to see the colors I was interested in with all the different packages available FIRST so that I could compare instead of talking about my budget and starting the financial process. No big deal at all I just thought it would have saved a little time. Mostly just felt bad because I took up a lot of her time, like I said before she was so very patient and never made me feel rushed. Like I said this was my first time so maybe it was necessary to do the financial part first (credit checks etc) I trusted her completely. I really hope that My friends or co workers want to buy a new car soon because I can't wait to send them her way! She also gave me her cell phone number and I was able to conveniently text message her about a fax number I needed to send to the finance department, amazing! Thanks so much for everything! Best Customer Service. Very helpful Shopping for my son a car, I found a car I felt he would like and one he deserved. I went to the Gateway Hyundai at less once a week. The one day I w Shopping for my son a car, I found a car I felt he would like and one he deserved. I went to the Gateway Hyundai at less once a week. The one day I went I saw a Genesis Coupe. It was the same car he had showed me while riding with me one day he said, " Wow that's a real nice car Dad," I said yea what kind is it he told me. Well long story short when I saw that car again I knew it was the one. Well I called that night after looking at it on line to put my name in the hat as an interested buyer. The next morning my wife and I were at Gateway early. Also up early and ready to give great customer services was Professional Sales Associate Monica Haynes. Her greeting was one that put our car buying the best I had ever had. We test drove two cars and after working with Monica telling her if was a car for our son to get back and fourth from school. My interest is getting a dependable car and something with style and value. Monica made it a very good car buying experience. With the help of Monica we make our son a very happy young man one well deserving of a good automobile. To all that read this I got up early to buy a car I had no Idea I would meet the nicest Professional Sales Associate in all the land. I also like to say something about the service department who made some adjustment to the car and fixed some small repairs no problem. Doing the closing I was Impressed with the handling of the paper work with my Credit Union and Gateway it was the best. I like to thank the Gateway family for all you do.
