I was recommended to Gateway by a friend and after Brian determined what I wanted, he was able to find another exact car that I wanted AND beat the price by $100 [keep in mind that I had priced other dealerships for their best price already]. He had the car delivered, checked out and tinted windows installed per my request. It was delivered less than one week later, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the car...and with Brian and Gateway Hyundai! More

Del was patient with me, addressed some minor concerns about the Genesis, and gave me honest opinions when I asked him direct questions. He turned out to be just the type of individual that I like to work with------ a counselor salesperson and not just an inventory mover. Later during the sales process, Kim Garner was brought in and it was a pleasure to work with two honest individuals who made the deal work for both me and their employer. All the time, I felt comfortable that they were being upfront with me, and in the end, it was that mutual respect that got the deal closed. Being a detail-oriented, analytical individual, I know I must have tested their patience, but they were extremely professional and worked with me on the pricing and delivery of my new wheels !!!
